While I'd love to give this location a 5 star review, there are a couple of issues. First, I do not recommend going to the drive thru any time between 11am and 1pm. The wait, at least for me, is never less than 10 minutes. I've started ordering ahead in the app (which is super easy) and that helps. When I do that I am able to walk in, grab my bag, and go. Secondly, I suggest getting half or no turbinado as my smoothies were usually too sweet and had to be remade. Now that I know what to do though, they've been perfect! On a good note, the food and smoothies are delicious! Are they the healthiest? Probably not, but what smoothie is? If you decide to give them a try, I recommend the Sunrise Sunset (I add banana), the Blimey Limey (again, add banana), and the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. I always get the Peanut Paradise with whey protein after my workouts, but lately, they've been giving me the wrong smoothie. 2 young kids, wife and I stopped in for some food before our 3+ hour ride home. Wife grabbed some food for her and I, no issues because i never checked my receipts but i wouldn't doubt we got shafted. Kids decided they wanted quesadillas so i went in and ordered 2. Girl heard 3 and almost charged me an absurd amount. I corrected her, only 2. No real issues yet... Total is $12.36... I questioned how 2 kids quesadillas with no sides cost so much when they are $4.29 each on the menu. I asked twice and she confirmed the the PRICE ADVERTISED ON THE MENU is an old price and now they are $5.79 each. I could rate this location zero stars. Upon arrival at the store I noticed the poor quality of customer service. Careless and unaware of my presence at the drive thru window! I entered the store and asked the reasoning behind not taking orders at drive thru and a lady responded "our battery died in our headset"... What an unprofessional response that was. Charging docks are a thing. SECONDLY, I consumed plastic in my beverage!!!!! EWW. The attitudes are careless and so might the handling of food and drinks seem to be as well. Much improved! I wrote a review a couple months ago about the inadequate staffing at this location, and I wanted to follow up and outline their improvements. Since that review, the staffing has made a dramatic turn. The speed of service has improved exponentially, the worker morale seems so much better because they're not just exhausted and people smile and greet you when you walk in. Today I chose the "Chia banana smoothie with peanut butter" ( it has lots of other goodies in it, but it gives you a visual ) very clean outside, nice helpful voice took my order and the got it right!!! Every time I go it is either, I have to pretend I am their supervisor and watch everything they do and check it to make sure it is correct, or inevitably it is wrong. How do you screw up a four-item salad? Don't know how many times I've ordered sun chips and received nothing. They constantly do, especially the girl with the nose rings. These salads aren't cheap guys, and I only have a small amount of time. Which is why I am getting something to go. If I have to double check then I should be paid to be the supervisor. Apparently, no one checks orders before they go out. I'm surprised someone hasn't sued for an allergy. If I order it online it is like $1 more for each thing. I ordered through Uber eats because I'm a college student and I'm sick right now, i placed the order and the uber driver was fantastic. And I was super excited for my food since I had barely eaten all day. My kiwi refresher was, as always, very good. But my açia bowl was so bad. I asked for no coconut, but add Nutella and chocolate chips. When I opened it up, I first noticed no chocolate chips. Then I noticed there was coconut everywhere and there was Nutella on top of the coconut so even when I tried to scrape off the coconut, all of Nutella came off with it. But I said goodbye to my 1.69$ drizzle of Nutella and just thought "oh well, at least i still have most of my bowl left". But as soon as I had my first bite I immediately spit it out cause it smelled and tasted so bad!!!! It tasted like old old fruit, I peaked around and didn't see any mold. THANK GOD. But now I'm nervous I'll get sick from my drink. I tried to call a few times, and no one picked up, and I couldn't even leave a voicemail. Stopped in to grab one quesadilla for the kids to split, and two smoothies. The girl taking our order had a very hard time getting the order correct, after finally getting the order correct we pull to the window to wait for approximately 30 mins. 30 mins for one quesadilla and two smoothies. While waiting in the drive thru the girl inside handed us someone elses debit card and receipt. Luckily we noticed and was able to return the card. After finally getting our order both smoothies just tasted off, one was very bland, and the other almost tasted like it had bad fruit mixed in it. After waiting at the drive thru for 15 minutes i decided to go in. Once in I stood in line for another 10 minutes. While waiting with my daughter at the register the staff was upset that some should be off and others were running late. They never acknowledged me. Then when I said excuse me one said it's a ten minute wait for a smoothie. The other black male said someone waiting for a ride and one of the staff yelled out well she better hurry her ass up. I was in line with my child and she looked as if she did not care that I was surprised she acted that way. The smoothies are delicious but the staff is not respectful at all.
