Not bad, nothing special, the front/cashier staff member seemed pretty bored, no energy but not rude in any way. The place is clean and I think it was more so, just a quietly mumbled "hello" or something when I walked in (perhaps it's because I was just getting food for pick up and not actually ordering at the counter, I don't know. To their credit, they were pleasant when I asked for the drink filling location. Seems that their prices are typical for Jimmy John's, fairly reasonable in general, I expect the food will be up to standard as well, as has been my experience with this chain throughout the U.S. Disappointingly, I told them all to have a good night on my way out and I don't know if the lady (who was working the cash register upon my arrival) even lifted up her head from her phone (while texting at the table nearby or something else on the phone) however, the sandwich specialist (working behind the counter) did respond pleasantly/appropriately, so this was a generally fine, simple interaction with good food, and I would come back with no issues. I placed to go orders from both this Jimmy John's and the Jersey Mikes in Whitsett. I downloaded their respective applications and used them to place the order. Both applications were pretty easy to use for a first time user. I had a little trouble figuring out how to save one person's sub and then go onto the next one on the Jimmy John's application. Once I figured that out it went well. Slight edge to Jersey Mikes application. There were similar choices for toppings. Jimmy John's has more sauce choices. Jersey Mikes had more bread choices. Our subs were delicious! The subs were ready quickly and they had our names on them! (Jersey Mikes didn't do this) I'd place a to go order at this Jimmy John's again. read more

Horrible service! Ordered a large pickup on Monday for pickup on Tuesday. Arrived on time. Was informed it had not even been started and would not be started until they had made sandwiches for every person in line. I questioned this since I had already ordered and paid. I have been ordering here to my house for the last 4 years! I actually just ordered 2 weeks ago, but today was told I am no longer in the radius. I live 1 mile away. I even spoke to the manager and she told me the same thing so it was not a mistake. I will never eat or order here again. It would have been better to say I am short staffed and just cant today. Terrible customer service. I will take my large corporate orders I make in Durham elsewhere now on principal. I live 4.7 miles away to the closest Jimmy Johns and they wont deliver to me. Whats up with that?!?!?!?!?!

I like jimmy johns but I just tried to place an order for delivery and ended up hanging up. I gave the girl on the phone my address. I spelled it out several times. Then without telling me to hold on I can hear her talking or a manager saying this lady keeps saying this and spelling that. Then she comes back on the phone or you have to repeat myself again. Then says nothing I don't even think I'm talking anybody so I end up saying I change my mind and hang up. Bad experience hopefully this doesn't happen again to someone else. Sick of their upsell tactics. This starts at the top, by those who construct the menu. Can't get a simple turkey and cheese sub on wheat without an additional $1.25. Why not just offer what people want and charge them a fair price? Finally had enough of this bad buying experience and will not be eating at JJs in the future. I eat here at least 2-4 times a month. The club with turkey and ham is my favorite. I especially like the bread. High quality ingredients and freaky fast service. I dine in, so no experience with delivery. Staff and manager are always polite. I guess from reading other reviews, you either like cold subs or you don't? Now that the chain has been acquired by "Inspire Brands" I am hoping they will add a loyalty rewards program and offer coupons or discounts. Keep up the good JJ. read more

Food was good, service was quick, and they have me a band aid (cut myself on my car just before walking in). Downside? Didn't give me my over $5 in change due. Even when I pointed out I didn't receive it, and that if I had received it I would have had some coins. So.. Much more expensive jimmy johns than usual. I have yet to have a bad experience with this Jimmy Johns. I've only been there maybe 4 times but each time the service is prompt and the place has been kept up well. I always go for a traditional number one although one time I did get the biggest sub and it was really good as well. read more

The service was good but the sandwiches were really bland. Also the meat was sliced way too thick! It was chewy and gross. I prefer jersey mikes or subway just for the thin meat slices. I asked if they had any dressings or sauces, and they said no- just mayo and mustard. Not even pickles! Boring sandwiches. read more
