First time here and I was actually pretty impressed because the service was quick, food was tasty and VERY inexpensive! I had the chipotle chicken club, which was in a pita bread had plenty of chicken and I really enjoyed the flavor combination and the mango magic smoothie that was delicious and fresh it didn't taste like concentrate or artificial flavors (they only come in one size which is about 22oz) Although service was quick is becoming a pattern to receive poor service everywhere you go. Places are understaffed so the staff that actually shows up seem tired and not very interested to help first time customers. When I asked for the chicken club they asked what side I wanted and the sides aren't on the menu or their walls and it was hard to get the cashier to provide some guidance. I do recommend this place, food was great, smoothie was delicious, service was really quick, food presentation was on point, the whole place was very clean! read more

I have patronized this chain in Atlanta, GA so I already knew I was in for a treat. This particular location is in the same shopping plaza as Publix and Dosbros. The signage is bright making it easy to see! I have been to this location several times and each time the quality and taste is consistent. Don't be fooled by the name. This place has a decent menu that consists of bowls, wraps and sandwiches. I am addicted the the jerk chicken wrap! I also love the slaw for a side. Other side options include fresh fruit or chips. For dessert you can opt for a chocolate chip or snickerdoodle cookie, or a smoothie of course. Happy hour is from 7-9pm and the smoothies are only $3.99. The service at this location has been great during each of my visits. 07/17/2020- I decided to stop in again. This was the first time that I experience poor service. If you read my reviews, customer service is at the top of my list. When I spend my money I want to know that I am appreciated. A simple hello and thanks go a long way. Since the summer has been dangerously hot I decided to stop in to get a smoothie. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The first time trying this place, I ordered online and went in and picked up my order. So this next visit I sat in and ordered a smoothie at the bar. Healthy smoothies and healthy food... ahhh yes, please. Got to go to tropical smoothie on their opening day and was really happy and surprised by their quality and selection of food options. Really convenient to park especially because they're one of the first businesses to open in a brand new center. I had a Cali Chicken Flatbread and a Chia Banana strawberry smoothie. Both of them were great and I definitely recommend them. I'm really glad that Tropical Smoothie has come to Chattanooga as I've heard lots about them from other people and glad to have an awesome healthier option that is so close to the highway! read more

My husband and I love this place, and I've never actually been there. I've been ordering from them on Uber Eats for a few months. We typically order on Sunday mornings whenever we want something fresh and yummy to wake us up. I pretty much always get the peanut flatbread with a mango smoothie and he gets the all American with a blueberry bliss smoothie. After waiting about 20 minutes for my two smoothies I ordered I watched the girl who obviously did not make enough to fill two cups grab an old pitcher from the sink to fill up the remaindered of the cup. Ordered a blast smoothie, the girl made the smoothie and filled the cup and gave it to me. I noticed there was a quite a bit left in the blender. She said they throw it away my point is the powder that you pay so much for his being thrown away too. 6$ for half the protein doesn't make sense to me. read more

Terrible service with a 30 minute wait for a single smoothie. Visit at your own risk but I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Traveling through from Florida 10/29/2021 @ 840pm. They closed at 9pm. We walked inside and the staff looked at us like they were exasperated that we were there so close to closing time and we were bothering them. We immediately turned around and walked out and they tried telling us it was fine but they lost our business. We went to another restaurant and received perfectly good service. When we took our food order to go from the other restaurant and went back to our car, they already had shut off the open sign and it was not even 9pm yet. Such poor customer service on their part. You should always make your customers feel welcome no matter how close it is to closing time. read more

This is the healthiest and cheapest smoothie place in town! Cups are huge and $5.45 for the largest size and $6 for the super food smoothies. The food is incredible too. Loved my wrap sandwich. It was a clean and fresh tasting chicken bacon. I've had two of the smoothies there and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Chattanooga needs more healthier options like this. It is definitely on the pricier side of things than what is typical of a standard meal, especially if you order a meal and a shake. I visited this establishment and to say the LEAST I am very dissatisfied, I visited with my aunt who is very friendly at most and first off we were not greeted as we approached the register. We started to ask questions about the menu and a lady who was the manager just stared at us like we weren't even speaking ... to top things off the young boy making the smoothies "Caleb" had the most disgusting attitude when we asked another question , he showed no interest in engaging with us . When he gave me the smoothie he mind as well had of dropped it down on the counter in front of me . THE WORST PART IS IT WASN'T EVEN GOOD !
