We wanted to stop in while in town for a visit. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked up and saw the cute decor! The place was very clean, well lit and just cute! There were no customers in the restaurant or the drive through. We walked in to find 4 or 5 employees behind the counter. We were not greeted by anyone. We waited while they finished their discussions and several employees walked away. Finally someone walked up and took our order. We explained it was our first time there so she said ok. Millennial run joint that provided beignets that were thick doughy and not powedered well. Coffee was dilute - both for Americano and for latte, the milk tasted weird. Hot chocolate was passable and nothing was hot enough. Disappointed because the price was definitely hip while the food was not. Service was with a smile but is that enough. I had a quick meeting with a potential colleague at Beignets & Brew. Before I left, I thought I'd try out the beignets. I placed my order for four - the smallest amount. It took a few minutes since they are made fresh. I opened the box and they looked delicious. Very lite and fluffy! My only issue was me ... I love the biscoff cookie butter frozen blended coffee. It is so good! They even give you a cookie with it! Their beignets are fantastic too, but I usually just come for the coffee. This location has a drive through, which is what we did. read more

This was the first time I had been to a Beignets & Brew and it was a very pleasant experience! The service was very quick and the staff was extremely friendly. I thought the restaurant was so cute and bright! I loved the colors and the opportunity for various photos. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the strawberry cheesecake beignets were not my favorite. They tasted more like strawberry jelly than a cheesecake. I think cheesecake icing with a fresh cut strawberry on top would be much better than the Jam on the bottom. My banana cream coffee wasn't the best either. It tasted more like a banana popsicle than a natural banana. However, the turtle beignets were AMAZING!! 10/10!!! I think it's all up to preference so definitely give this place a try! read more

The interior is clean, bright, and accented with a striking wall of foliage. - Despite arriving just before closing, I was given a warm welcome and was treated like royalty by the engaging and vivacious staff. Major props here! - The variety available was impressive and I struggled to choose. An employee came to my rescue, saying the blueberry flavor slammed, and holy cow was she right. My order was served hot, with a delectable sauce. The beignets were little pillows of love, light and airy with countless crispy-soft layers and more-than-ample powdered sugar. This place has yummy beignets and even offers seasonal ones. Fun and YUM! Line was quite long on a Saturday morning so be prepared to wait or place your order online a head of time. We came in for some beignets and coffee for our road trip, and while the staff were super friendly - there was a long line to order and pick up food. Ended up having to wait quite a bit for our order, but when it finally did come out - they're so good. We got the pumpkin spice beignets and they're amazing. Would recommend trying out a couple of their flavors if you have a chance to. Plenty of seating inside, but maybe they weren't ready for the morning rush. Stopped in to satisfy the fiancés need for a Sweet Treat! We had heard from word of mouth of friend this place had opened up and was worth the stop. So we stopped in for the first time and were quite impressed with cleanliness, vibe and design! We took a few minutes to look over the menu, to which we settled on trying the specialty items and a power fizzy, in which Kiersten (forgive me if I misspelled ) suggested her usual tweak to the drink, my fiancé absolutely loved the drink, so thank you so much Kiersten! Good, but can't beat Krispy Kreme hot doughnuts. No real ambiance that sets it apart from any other fast-food joint.

The beignets were hard and not even warm and didn't taste very good. We won't be back.

I have never had a beignet in New Orleans, but I'm fairly certain that the beignets I had here this morning are equal or superior to any I could get there. Fantastic! I'm giving this place a four because the staff and decor of this place was amazing!!! So, let's get to the beignets. Well I'm not sure if this place has some kind of attachment to New Orleans or any other French background. The beignets were NOT bad at all, we only got four just to taste test. I only ate one, that's all I needed to know that they are missing something, and that's flavor. I don't know if the owners are depending on the powder sugar for that but that's definitely not gonna get you there. A beignet is supposed to be flavorful without the sugar, just a cake, donut, etc etc.... For me it was fried dough and nothing more than that with powdered sugar. That does not mean that it was not good, it was just missing the kick to a beignet. Would I go back, yes I will one day. They also have huge selection of refresher drinks, lemonade, and coffee ( not Community ) for any of my Louisiana folks that might be reading this. So, I still think they get 4 stars from me. Went there on a Saturday afternoon. Place is busy. Great vibe. Love the decor with straw chairs and fancy coaches. Glass windows all around on a nice sunny day gives the place a relaxed atmosphere. Beignet to due for. Fresh warm to order with powder sugar. Also must try the turtle kind with pecan caramel and cream filled. Cannot go wrong with any of the drinks. The matcha and cappuccino of the highest quality. Service excellent. They keep the place clean. Constantly wiping tables after customers leave. This is a special cafe bakery that we greatly need in chattanooga. Hope to return many times to try other drinks and desserts. read more

My daughter and I had to be in Chattanooga for a morning appointment and decided we would stop at Beignets and Brew on the way home. We ordered online a baby with us. We ordered a breakfast sandwich, beignets (of course) and a latte. OMG the beignets were warm and smelled heavenly. We couldn't wait to try the beignets, and we definitely were not disappointed. The beignet almost melted in the mouth. So delicious. The breakfast croissant and the butter chicken croissant were both also very good. The Chicken croissant came with 3 very large pieces of chicken. The latte we got was a cookie butter and was good, but I would have enjoyed more cookie butter. The food was boxed nicely, and all in a shopping bag and a carrier for the lattes. We will definitely be back. So nice to get a traditional NOLA treat without driving so far. This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is gorgeous. It felt like a place the Mormon Wives would host a party at: neon signs and plant walls. The turtle beignets were delicious! Apparently they're working on obtaining their license to serve mimosas and this will definitely be an even better brunch place when it is licensed. read more
