I had a quick meeting with a potential colleague at Beignets & Brew. Before I left, I thought I'd try out the beignets. I placed my order for four - the smallest amount. It took a few minutes since they are made fresh. I opened the box and they looked delicious. Very lite and fluffy! My only issue was me ... I bite into one while in the car and white powdered sugar was EVERYWHERE!! I would come back but earlier in the day to try their coffee drinks.

Average cup of coffee and average beignets. I've been to NOLA and obviously those are amazing. But I've also had better outside of NOLA than here. They are pretty good and hit the spot if you're craving them.

You had me at "beignet" but the Nutella latte made my day finding a quiet corner with a book. The trendy French cafe decor with beckoning sofas and comfy chairs... a Chattanooga "short list" new fave.

I love the biscoff cookie butter frozen blended coffee. It is so good! They even give you a cookie with it! Their beignets are fantastic too, but I usually just come for the coffee. This location has a drive through, which is what we did.

Beignets are dear to my heart and so when I saw this place by chance, I decided to give it a go. The interior is clean, bright, and accented with a striking wall of foliage. - Despite arriving just before closing, I was given a warm welcome and was treated like royalty by the engaging and vivacious staff. Major props here! - The variety available was impressive and I struggled to choose. An employee came to my rescue, saying the blueberry flavor slammed, and holy cow was she right. My order was served hot, with a delectable sauce. The beignets were little pillows of love, light and airy with countless crispy-soft layers and more-than-ample powdered sugar. Truly a late-night snack for the ages.

Suuuuuper cute place . We ordered the honey cinna lavender , citrus brew, salted Carmel mocha, cinnamon sugar beignets, strawberry banana smoothies for the kids. Everything was SO good can't wait to go back

Second visit was very enjoyable (as was the first). Short wait to order even though the parking lot was full. Cute interior with adequate seating. The had wash station near the exit is a nice touch. Chicken and beignets were excellent. The breading was great. Cinnamon roll beignets were also excellent. Only issue is that I ordered a large Americano and got a regular. Still, we'll be back.

Stopped in to satisfy the fiancés need for a Sweet Treat! We had heard from word of mouth of friend this place had opened up and was worth the stop. So we stopped in for the first time and were quite impressed with cleanliness, vibe and design! We took a few minutes to look over the menu, to which we settled on trying the specialty items and a power fizzy, in which Kiersten (forgive me if I misspelled ) suggested her usual tweak to the drink, my fiancé absolutely loved the drink, so thank you so much Kiersten! P.s. As you would expect of a dish the place is named after the Beignets were absolutely amazing, so good I'll be picking up some more tomorrow morning .

One time my parents and I came here after dinner for their gelato, and it was so delicious. We were all very impressed with the consistency and how smooth it was. So I've only had their gelato after all these years. This time I came for brunch with a friend on Sunday morning. It was packed and we got on the waiting list for a table. Wait time wasn't too bad actually. My friend and I both ordered the Hodgepodge Hash and I subbed the sausage for chicken sausage. Everything was absolutely amazing. I wish I had come here sooner. I loved everything about my meal. It was flavorful, dynamic, full of texture. It had that spice from the serrano peppers, crispy and flavorful potatoes, and the sauce tied it all together. I love savory breakfast, and that was it. Now I'm hungry and missing my previous meal just writing about it haha. Afterwards, we got gelato! I was pleasantly surprised that the gelato came with two scoops because I originally just wanted the coffee flavored one. So I had a scoop of Coffee + Cream and Pistachio. Our gelato was so tasty. I love anything coffee so this one was good, and the Pistachio one was nice and light. It had a subtle Pistachio creamy taste. Just as before, the gelato was smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. Service was great, our waiter was very friendly and super helpful with our food preferences. I have no complaints at all about our experience, and I love every single thing we ordered. I can't imagine a better place to spend Sunday brunch. I look forward to the next time I'm back, thank you!

Mother's Days are challenging, but I think where they hurt themselves the most is that they do not have a method to take reservations or even call ahead seating. Wait times were often in excess of an hour listening to other people waiting to be seated. That's a horrible experience on its face, and the management of this restaurant needs to do much much better or just close on Mother's Day. Next, we'll get to the food. I doubt it was a shining example of what they are capable of. I got the Shakshuka and it was mediocre. I'm not expecting it to be as good as what I would get in Tel Aviv, and I've had the real thing in Tel Aviv. But to be honest, the eggs came out nearly hard-boiled not poached. And the eggs are one of the stars of the show for this dish. If you don't get them right, the entire dish fails. Next will touch on the chicken and waffles. The observation from my tablemate was that it was dry and he didn't even eat it all. The same thing can be said for my other tablemate who had the chicken biscuit. The biscuit was exemplary, but the chicken was dry and actually overcooked. Then there were the omelettes, I don't believe they were impressive in any way and the people that ordered them agree. For those of us at the table that ordered coffee, it was rather strong. I normally like strong coffee, but this was borderline Turkish coffee, and there wasn't enough cream available to mask the potency. The service was also stretched thin. Our server, Destiny, did her best, but she was waiting too many tables. Having once been a waitermyself I have a special affinity for Service staff who are asked to do too much. We left her a good tip, but I'm sure she is capable of much better service than what she was allowed to deliver. Finally, the overwhelming crowd made the restaurant feel claustrophobic. The noise level was far too high, and we could barely hear one another at our table and we were sitting very close to one another. I don't place the blame on the kitchen, staff, or the wait staff, or even the greeters. This was a fail of management, plain and simple. They made no contingency plans for that many people and should have anticipated a larger crowd on Mother's Day. Management -I challenge you to do better!!! We will come back during a normal Service day to see if you can perform better, but I encourage you, as owners and managers, to stop setting your staff up for failure, which is what you did!

Finally a place that cares about making healthy food! Everything here is seed oil free and organic…read more They don't give out plastic straws or plastic cutlery (so grateful for that!). There are tons of vegan options, and you don't have to look too hard for gf options if that's your jam. The store itself is packed with amazing health food items like mushroom coffee, shilajit, matcha, electrolytes, and so much more. They also have a refrigerated grab-and-go section with fresh juices, rice paper rolls, chia seed pudding, and a lentil casserole. The glass dessert case is full of vegan treats like peanut butter and chocolate cups, bliss balls, and donuts. The menu is extensive with tons of great organic vegan options. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough (they also offer gluten-free and multigrain) with cashew cheese and a side of chili. I also got a beet juice, a lemon lavender muffin, chia seed pudding, and a decaf oat milk latte. The sandwich was pretty good. The bread seemed really fresh and I enjoyed the cashew cheese. The side of chili had a slight twist that elevated it above most regular chili recipes. It was good, but had a little too much corn for my taste personally. The beet juice was delicious and a generous portion. The desserts were just okay, but I appreciated that they weren't overly sweet and didn't have any weird ingredients. Honestly, it's just so nice knowing your food has no weird ingredients and everything is organic! The only downside was the coffee. Honestly, it was probably one of the worst I've ever had. Maybe it was just an off day or a mistake, I'm not sure. Everything else was good though! I would definitely recommend this spot. The decor is really cute and inviting. I love that they offer plenty of seating options too -- indoor, an enclosed outdoor patio, and an exterior exposed patio. Logistical Notes: Parking was super easy with a lot right out front. There are two accessible bathrooms for people with disabilities, and I love that they have a gender-inclusive restroom as well. You order at the register, they bring you your food, and then you bus your own "tray."
