I walked in and they looked to be in the beginning stages of closing, but I was greeted and my order was taken. I ordered the super greens chicken Caesar wrap and the Baja chicken wrap. It was really cold in the restaurant and some customers made a smart decision to sit in their outside seating area. The wait wasn't too long and I had my order to go. When I got home I was so hungry and I opened my wrap. It was cut in half. While it appeared fresh I noticed there wasn't any Caesar dressing on it. I mean not a light drizzle or anything, just dry. Thankfully, I had some Caesar dressing in the fridge that I was able to use. However, my daughter really enjoyed her Baja chicken wrap. During one visit, a manager expressed annoyance that customers were coming in so early, despite the store being open. I understand that opening can be a busy time, but customers should not feel unwelcome for visiting during posted business hours. Unfortunately, the attitude from management has created an uncomfortable environment, and other employees seem equally unhappy and unfriendly. I hope ownership is aware of these issues and takes steps to improve the customer experience, because the service no longer reflects the standards I previously enjoyed at this location. Had an early morning nail appointment and skipped breakfast (whoops). I was craving an acai bowl and thought I would try this place. Walking in, the place is very bright and clean, with plenty of parking since it is located in a strip mall. There was a steady stream of people coming in and leaving quickly so I was hopeful. I ordered a Detox Green Island smoothie and it was delicious! The major difference between the Detox and regular Island Green is the ginger, and i highly recommend it. It was refreshing, light and it lasted throughout my entire nail appointment. It is one of the more healthier items on the menu and I was glad to see the low calorie count. Walked in and waited for around 2 minutes, didn't want to be that person and ask for assistance because I saw the lady was making an order (for online because there was no one else in the store), but then I was in a rush because I was on break and was going to get lunch. I came here for their free 12 ounce tropical smoothie promotion they had on 5/29. The place is in the same shopping plaza as Aldi supermarket and sonics. The staff was friendly. The place wasn't so crowded and the bathroom was clean. I also ordered to go a chipotle chicken flatbread, which was so freaking good. I will definitely be checking this place out again. read more

Not a big deal but customer service could be improved. I ordered the hummus veggie bowl which was amazing and perfectly portioned with dressing on the side. T.S.C added bowls to their menu in 2017 and I'm glad they did because they are good. My veggie bowl consisted of fresh avocado, hummus, cheese, kale/spinach, black beans, rice, tomatoes and red onions. Since I was working a 12 hour work day, I got a detox island green smoothie which was just ok. The consistency was a bit off. I did like the ingredients of spinach, kale, mango, ginger and pineapple in it. I did not order online beforehand but most likely will do that next time. Returned both smoothies. They were very thin, watery texture. Lacked the rich flavor of the fruit and the full bodied thickness from the protein that makes them so addicting. Nelissa, graciously blended new ones. They were slightly better. Seemed to have more fruit. But, still not what we have become so familiar with. The smoothies at this location are definitely much higher in price and lower quality. And, not to offer a Disc to our Civil Servants the 10% Disc for their Service to take care of us. These things are so addictive that we had to revisit for a smoothie. The only challenge is that I always seem to get in line just as they need to catch up and I wait and wait. Both visits take 15 minutes which is quite long for a smoothie to go. The Bahama Mama is my clear favorite and love the fresh fruit and white chocolate concoction. It's fresh and creamy and oh so cold. I wish the pineapple was fresh versus canned but that's a small concern at best. On this visit, as well as the last, they make a lot more than fills the cup. Why toss it out ?? Why not give it to the patron as a small gift. Obviously it's just being washed down the drain otherwise. Overall the second visit was a solid one but not anywhere near as special as the first. They seem to have a great following and busy so it must be working. Some small changes would lead to more client revisits in my opinion as time and value are always client concerns. read more

Brandie even had amazing recommendations to give me even though there was a line behind me. The three young ladies working were in there working very fast even though they had a bit of a crowd. First of all, who makes smoothies in Florida where fresh fruit is literally growing on every corner and you used CANNED fruit that sits in a pool of sugar and chemicals? I'm new to town so didn't realize this was the McDonald's of smoothie places. Each smoothie has over 90 grams of sugar in it, they offer banana as a side and somehow that's fresh. Salad is old disgusting leaves, they make it seem like they have quality ingredients. Vegetables are stale. Dressings are high in fat and added sugars. This place is a salad version of McDonald's and makes it look like Gwyneth Paltrow would eat here.
