Awesome restaurant. I stopped here for lunch at work and it was one of the best decisions I made. The chicken burrito was better than other restaurants of this type. The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining their options. There was a lot of options to add to the burrito and the chips and salsa to compliment were filling. The hot salsa is definitely tasty but does have some significant heat to it. I would definitely come back here in the future! read more

I want to preface this review by saying that I've been eating at this three pepper for years, before they closed down and reopened. The staff are usually friendly and nice. I have consistently ordered a walking taco to go because of cost effectiveness (broke college student) and I ask for it separate (in a to go container) from the chip bag that comes with because I don't like the chips getting soggy. For months now it has never been an issue. Tonight they do it exactly as normal except when I get to the register they tell me they're " gonna have to charge me for a bowl." And I say "but I asked for a walking taco to go, not a bowl, and I didn't put the larger portions in there" he says "it's not up to me. If you get it in that container, I have to charge you extra." I then comment about there not being any policy that states this, to which he responded something along the lines of well if this was my restaurant I wouldn't care, but it's not. And then made the claim that multiple people had made commentary to me about this?! Which had never happened. I'm upset that I was made to pay for a full price bowl, when it's wasn't even half of a bowl in size. And while I understand I could've left the food and not taken it, I didn't feel comfortable doing so and was hungry. Just bothered me the way this was handled. Great atmosphere inside this humble burrito joint. It's an assembly line type place where you pick what you want from protein, rice/beans, veggies, and topping like Chipotle. Found the inside very quaint and peaceful. Loved the small bar area with the VW Beetle tap area. My food was super fresh and spicy, which is just how I like it. Went in on 9/30 about 4pm or so. I was second in line. The customer in front got two burritos two tacos and nachos. 25 minutes later they were still working on that order. No one acknowledged me at any time. The place had wrappers and trash on the floor. In the past i have always been willing to wait because i like the food there. This time there was no telling when they would get to me or even if they would. I was 5 feet from them but maybe i was invisible. I decided to take my money else ware and was so glad i did. After two days in Miami and spending way too much money on food, I was craving an affordable delicious burrito and was pleasantly surprised when 3 Peppers surpassed my expectations. Tortillas are freshly pressed and one has the option of ordering whole wheat. I enjoyed a whole wheat burrito with spicy chicken and diablo sauce ( the hottest sauce offered) including brown rice and pico. I thoroughly enjoyed my burrito and admire the creativity. It was not bland or boring, my burrito was not designed for the masses (Chipotle), but was made to press the limits of fast food. They even have Saracha powder! In addition to a filling and excellent burrito, the staff were enthusiastic. The hand washing station was also a great amenity. Went back to the hometown of Cape Coral and decided to visit Fort Myers. The downtown area of 1st street has changed considerably since 2015. Good food, good Decor. This is a fun spot in downtown Fort Myers. The service is quick and the meal was very tasty. Next time I will skip the nitro coffee as it was very strong. Prices seemed more reasonable than some of the other places nearby including one across the street. They have a selection of beer also which makes it attractive. It's really sad when you have to downgrade a rating because of employee conduct and practices. While the food here is pretty good, our last visit to this location was probably our last. While eating, we noticed an employee filling a personal beverage container at the tea dispenser. Right up ON the nozzle as if this was her personal dispenser and not one the public would use. When brought to another employee's attention, the response was "we can't tell her what to do, she's from corporate". We did not see the dispenser get cleaned. Called door dash and was told the order was cancelled by 3 peppers. No call or email. Door dash called 2 peppers while I was on hold. Honestly nothing was really wrong with the food or place. It's just if you had chipotle before you can't compare to it. Chipotle is way better but this place is a good runner up. Worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I am a pregnant military service member visiting my parents for the weekend. I took my son and cousin to this place. They were slow with service, did not give all options up front (ordered nachos but they refused to melt fresh cheese after they put it in a to go box) and then talked to my kids about upgrades instead of asking me the paying parent. It's just okay. The flavors aren't very interesting. They have some hot sauces for the dine-in customers, but they don't have cups so you can bring some home with you. It's like a more bland Moe's. I do like that everything seems fresh. I've never had a bad meal here, just not interesting.
