It took the employee about 5 minutes to make my smoothie and it took over 15 minutes for the other employee to make my wrap. I had them make my smoothie over again because it started to get watered down due to the long wait. The place wasn't even busy either. Just one customer in the store and one car in the drive thru. Our boys were over the errands and asked about green smoothies and to our surprise we were around the corner from this place. Upon entering I immediately realized how big and clean this place was. We approached the register and provide out taste buds and what we usually make at home to welcome suggestions. The cashier hadn't tried a lot of the green smoothies which is out thing. We ended up with tjr following; - Detox Island Green - Island Green - Blueberry Bliss - Sunrise /Sunset My Island Green was amazing and the same for our youngest Blueberry Bliss. The other two my husband & older son had were not. The cashier was very understanding and let them exchange their smoothie for the same smoothies my youngest and I had. Always consistently good, this time I tried the concern quesadilla, it's not a meal mind you, but a great little snack with a smoothie. THIS IS MY HAPPY PLACE!! I don't drink alcohol but a Bahama Mama & a snickerdoodle has about the same effect (for me) I didn't think TSC could do anything else to please me. But now they have a drive thru. I'm a customer for life. Healthy smoothies & great food. I go there so often, they know me & my order. It's amazing. The app makes this super quick & easy too. I enjoy coming through the drive through the past few months but today I went inside. The employees did not seem happy at all, it was a depressing mood in the restaurant, my food had cheddar cheese even though I sad no cheese (my wife is allergic) and my wife's smoothie tasted bad. When our food arrived it was tossed onto the table quickly as though there was a rush to do something else even though the place was empty. I really love this place for strawberry banana smoothies...I come here weekly..their customer service is great specifically the male manager...however today I went in to order(I normally do online pickup) and I was disgusted at the amount of flies there were behind the counter. Now I know employees can't control flies coming in while people are coming in and out but corporate should definitely invest in a fan above the door to keep flies out as customers come in...there were about 15 flies just all over everything in the short period I was in there. Everyone is very friendly but it seems a bit disorganized and as though not all employees are not the same page. This is more evident when ordering through their drive through. So glad they're in our neighborhood, right down the street. We've already eaten here a few times and have had zero issues or complaints. We've gone through the drive thru, ordered pickup online, and Uber once. Everything was prepared fresh and tasted great.
