    The Apple they gave me

I orders a Fuji chicken salad and they were out of chicken I asked for an apple instead of the bread and the apple was rotten with mildew

Back for weekday lunch of soup and sandwich. I got the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. See photo. Very good. Weekday lunch hour was very busy for staff but there was no delay in our order. Most customers call ahead and do take-out.

What an amazing customer experience. The servers were clearly very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Even though they started working at the location only a couple of days ago, they were sage enough to give me meal recommendations. This particular location also had an exquisite ambience and was very welcoming for any customer, from the binge-eater to the late night study group. Lastly, that Mac and cheese was on another level! So flavorful and cheesy.

Food was mid, expensive, and the place smells bad as soon as you walk in. Continue at your own risk.

The food is great, but the unlimited sip club is 1000% worth it!! The staff here are so kind and helpful (:

I came here during December and tried their festive lunch menu. We ordered the Bruschetta Duo and…read morethe Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, and both were really delicious and tasted fresh. I particularly liked the bruschetta because it was quite different from a traditional bruschetta. It came with roasted cherry tomato and house-made ricotta on one, and roasted butternut squash, Brussels sprout leaves and crushed hazelnut on the other. I really enjoyed trying something a little different! The Spicy Rigatoni Vodka was also really good, with Italian sausage, crispy pancetta, shaved garlic, basil and Grana Padano. Service overall was great. Our waitress was super friendly and checked on us throughout the meal to make sure we were happy with everything. The restaurant was buzzing when we visited for lunch on a Saturday, but there was still plenty of seating. It's nice and bright inside and located in a great area with plenty of parking. I'd definitely come back!

I've eaten at other locations a few times before and have been pretty satisfied, and their Legacy West spot is in a great location and looks great inside too. Aiden was our server and was pretty friendly and attentive. We were the first group in which probably helped too. We ordered some coffee and a nice spread of brunch plates and also the donuts on the side that were absolutely fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed my Americano breakfast plate with the grilled bread, and the very unique and delicious hash brown balls. We also had an avocado toast that was light and fresh and a pasta dish I can't remember the name of that was also great. Nothing really blew my mind but the food here is consistently great and I'll have to give some more dishes a shot. Overall, a really nice experience and the ambiance is great for any occasion. This location is nice as you have plenty of other shops to explore and a scenic strip to walk through.

When we checked their reviews online, it didn't look too promising, but the menu sounded amazing so we decided to come back the next day and try the food. I am so glad that we did! Every single thing we ordered was absolutely amazing. We were able to order the bucket of fried chicken for $20 off of the happy hour menu which was four boneless, skinless breaded fried chicken thighs and they came out hot and perfect! They were so good. We also ordered one Baja fish taco and we regretted not ordering more because they were really good. We also ordered the lobster Bucatini, which was an amazing flavor, but honestly a bit disappointing on the portion size, it could have come with a bit more pasta and sauce, and a piece of bread would've been nice for the sauce. We ended our meal with the crème brûlée cheesecake which I was kind of scared to order because I really love crème brûlée but I'm not a super fan of cheesecake but Earl's did it 10 out of 10 perfect! Hands-down, one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. For the drinks, I ordered an old-fashioned and my husband ordered a Moscow mule. Both of our drinks were great, we were very impressed and will definitely be back next time. We are in Plano. Dining tip: in order to take advantage of the happy hour, whether it be for lunch or dinner, you do have to sit in the bar, lounge, and I believe the outdoor patio counts as well. Your basic dining area does not give you access to the happy hour pricing.
