I'm obsessed and honestly vall others fail but this location is FIRE!! I loved their Fuji Apple drink so much. You could really taste the apple and it was so refreshing. I traditionally found the food subpar until I had the Focaccia Turkey avocado BLT and now I'm hooked. I do wish they had better sides but the apple is fine. I would like the cinnamon roll but I understand if it's not possible at this location. I'm glad I found this jewel I do think they are a little pricey but I found a place for refreshing drinks. I'm allergic to fa lot of beverages and get tired of the same fee I can drink. The mango one is good but hoping they bring back the apple cranberry. I also loved the black bean soup. Service is good. I especially like the 4 PM drive thru lady. She's so helpful and sweet. read more

Pretty soon the customer will just make their own food. There is no order counter so no personal interaction. Self serving drink station and all they do is heat up frozen food. My muffin was hard and cold. I asked if they'd warm it up and she pointed to a cabinet where a microwave was hidden. So basically do it yourself and bye. They don't care and it shows. There are better bakeries out there and I'll be there instead. read more

This was a bad experience for me. I'm feeling sick so I went to get Chicken Noodle soup & was very disappointed to find out the soup was pretty much 80% broth 10% carrots & the rest was the essence of chicken & noodles. I hate kiosk ordering. You can't interact and ask questions. I ordered 1 Bowl (size) of soup with baguette & 1 cup (size) of soup with bread bowl. This order was for two people. One of us wanted a lot of soup with a little bread & the other wanted a little soup with a lot of bread. When the blonde lady handed me the bag, I thought "this feels a little light." So I checked the bag before leaving, and found there was two cups (size) and bread bowl. I went back to the counter, and a very friendly man eagerly assisted me in giving me a third cup of soup to remedy the the size of the soup orders. As I was walking away, I heard him ask the blonde lady why she missed giving me a bowl. Her reply was "We're out of bowls' Like she didn't think I'd notice? When I got home, I found there was also no baguette. The first lady I interacted with really did not seem to give a crap. The tall man with the shaved head was extremely pleasant, but it seems the people putting together the order. Just didn't notice (or care?) about details. This used to be my all time favorite Panera, I went multiple times a week. The design is beautiful and it's kept very clean. But recently, they've completely ruined the entire experience to the point where I am canceling my subscription I've had for years. You can no longer interact with the staff, they've boarded up the drive thru and registers, that includes the bakery display, they've taken away the cups from the kiosk, and the menu has half of what the location up the street has. Not sure what's going on with upper management but clearly they do not want this brand to succeed because they're driving it into the ground and ignoring the complaints of loyal customers. I'll be sticking to my local shops from now on. read more

What an amazing customer experience. The servers were clearly very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Even though they started working at the location only a couple of days ago, they were sage enough to give me meal recommendations. This particular location also had an exquisite ambience and was very welcoming for any customer, from the binge-eater to the late night study group. Lastly, that Mac and cheese was on another level! This is a new spot so I get that things are bumpy. Great customer interaction and the guy offered bday pastries-- but their lattes are not very good right now. I've stopped by to support them at least 5 times and each time the drinks fall short. Train the barista station on temperature for hot drinks. My most recent latte was filled with milk so hot it felt like suicide. read more

Absolutely love Panera bread. Being pregnant and with sensitive tummy for sure Panera has great quality of food. Never had issues after eating their food. Absolutely love to go this location for brunch or lunch and watch the horses on the other side of the road and eat. The customer service is excellent and everyone is really nice. I am so glad we have Panera just 3 mins away from our house. One place I can eat all 3 meals of the day for sure is this Panera. For sure I am a regular customer who visits this location 3-4 times a week on a minimum. I love their bakery items, food menu and don't really drink coffee or tea so can't comment on those. read more

They just don't get it. I went to order on line and assumed I could just go through the drive-thru and pick up my order...not so. I either have to go inside or sit and wait till someone brings it out to me. I hope they will change this practice but until they do I am not a customer. Against my better judgement I decided to try them again since they are convenient, less than a mile from my home. Ordered the pizza on line and chose curb side pick-up since I couldn't just go through the drive-thru. Pulled up front and hit the indicator on the email that I was there. After three or four minutes my pizza was delivered to my car - LUKE WARM. By the time I drove the 0.7 of a mile to my home it was definitely too cool to enjoy so turned on the over and put it in. Didn't know how hot to set the oven, no reheat instructions on the box so it took a while to get it hot enough to enjoy. I must say, I liked the pizza when it was finally hot enough. Don't understand, Pizza Hut, Dominos and others can deliver a hot pizza to my home, why can't Panera at least deliver a hot pizza to a waiting car? read more

First off I have to say, in general I LOVE Panera bread. The Addison location is awesome (and their drive through is quick!). I was so excited when a location opened up within a 5min drive of where I live. Sadly even Panera's delicious summer salad's couldn't make up for this experience. After ordering I was asked to pull forward and park in a spot by another car waiting for their order. It took 22 minutes to get my order and sadly when I got home the side ciabatta bread I was promised (that every other Panera location has been able to do) wasn't there. In those 22 minutes? Not another car went through the drive through. Very frustrating as I hate to pull forward and have someone put more effort to bring my order out. I really hope it's just a staffing issue as the person who brought my order looked to be one overworked manager. Insult to injury? A half salad and Mac & cheese was $16 read more

for anyone who's looking for a job, don't come here. I have been bs'n around with for 2 weeks by the assistant general manager Kevin. He told me I was hired at my initial interview but failed to send me the background information email for me to fill out. I called up to the restaurant 3 different times for me to receive the email, each time there was a different excuse. He claimed he forgot, then that he didn't receive my application when i have proof I've applied to 2 different positions here; I received my auto confirmation email that showed me that I applied here. The third time he claimed that he wanted me to come in this Sunday but before I come in that he was gonna call me to make sure he received my application. I never received a call from him, i called him 2x and no response. If you didn't want to hire me why waste my time telling me im hired when I could've been looking for work else where. Very unprofessional, sarcastic tone, and inconsiderate. This place is a joke. read more

I have tried to give this place plenty of time to figure out how to get their stuff situated. Every time I go there they mess up some way, shape or form. Case in point, I went there today. All I wanted was a half chicken Fuji apple salad with extra dressing adding strawberries to it. And I also wanted a water. On my receipt I see a half chicken Fuji apple salad, extra Gorgonzola cheese, and no drink. I don't understand what is going on with this place. On top of that there were apples, strawberries, and tomatoes on the salad. I know that apples are supposed to be on salad. I know I ordered strawberries. However, I didn't know that tomatoes were supposed to be on this weird salad. I am not going back to this particular location ever again. I am done. I will get my salads and sandwiches elsewhere. read more
