When I came in to pick it up, the employee told me they had no order under my name. I kept telling him I had already paid, and he repeatedly insisted there was no order. I finally had to pull up my receipt to prove that I had placed and paid for it. On top of that, he was rude throughout the interaction. As a paying customer, I shouldn't have to argue just to receive food that I already paid for. How do you take someone's money, but then have no record of their order? That's unacceptable. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope they fix whatever is going on with their ordering system and improve their customer service. This is my first and last time order from them . Update: I finally got to eat my food, and now I'm even more conflicted. This falafel wrap is so freaking good! Seriously, it's one of the best I've had.
