I live only a few minutes from this location and it's been long overdue for a visit…read more We arrived around 9am and there was only one person in front of us. There was one employee working and he greeted us right away. The place was clean and bright and has ample indoor seating. There is also a big parking lot in the back. It was hard deciding what to get but ended up with the Blue Lagoon and Full Moon. They were both very pretty with all the colors and toppings. My daughter enjoyed her Blue Lagoon but if she was to order it again she would replace the chia seeds with granola. I liked the Full Moon, I was worried the nutty flavor would overpower the bowl however it was just right. There was a lot going on with the textures and flavors but it was really good. My only gripe was the cost, a regular bowl was $11.50, I felt like $9 would be more reasonably priced.

I was hungry, so I also ordered the bruschetta avocado toast. The balsamic glaze was a little too strong and overall the dish lacked flavor, something a dash of some sort of seasoning/salt could fix. Upon recommendation, i decided on the nutty butty. It was delicious providing a great choice for someone looking for a healthier option but also craves something that's a little sweet. I will most definitely be returning for another... and eventually I'll branch out and try some of the other bowls and smoothie options lol

After inquiring the name last year we finally gave it an in person visit. I definitely thought the shakes were apart of Herbalife so it had me second guess coming in to try because I've already Herbalife and although they have great shakes, we wanted to try something new- to my surprise this store has NOTHING to do with Herbalife and the owner Ben has a ton of knowledge about health and wellness outside of Herbalife that he brought to his own creations. They have soy based protein shakes, amazing teas, and boba milk! Ben is always an incredible person to speak with and he's very professional in any setting, he remembered us from the farmers Market and we got the insight to his story! The inside of the shop is super cute and would be a great place to meet a friend at and drink some tea or a shake! Can't wait to come back and try more flavors as well as the shakes!

So these are Herbalife shakes. Personally, I'm not a fan of protein shakes and Herbalife has an artificial taste to it from the artificial sweeteners and flavors to keep the calories low. However, I don't want to discourage anyone from trying these because of my personal preferences and I did enjoy the tea. Plus the staff was really nice!

What a decision to make between the two! The worker said that the muffin was more lemony. I thought the muffin looked better than the slice of loaf. Lemon iced muffin it is! Oh, they have frequent eater cards at the register. I also bought a kale, spinach, mango, and pineapple regular size smoothie. It quickly flushes out your system. The restaurant is only open during the weekdays. They have healthy choices, and I plan to stop by again while passing through.

The menu items are listed behind and above the counter, but printed menus are also available if you prefer reading things closer to your face. You place your order on the right side and pay at the time you order. They call out the food item, not your name, so you need to pay attention so that someone who comes after you doesn't grab your smoothie or panini by mistake! We stopped by for lunch and didn't have to wait to order. Within minutes, our orders were ready. It was a little more challenging than when they call out names. I mean if you miss the first word or two of what is being called, you may not recognize the order. Fortunately, the place was only about half full and the cashier (very personable!) nodded at me like "Hey, that's yours!" I ordered a Turkey Cranberry panini which was pretty tasty. The turkey was served warm and juicy (for turkey). The Swiss cheese was thick and gooey (yum!) and the cranberry flavor was from cranberry mayo with cranberry bits. The panini was lightly grilled/pressed and was quite good. I also ordered the Tropical Oasis smoothie, which is a bunch of fruit juices including strawberry, pineapple, and banana. It was cold and refreshing, but like a lot of smoothies, you have to wait for the melting to catch up to your thirst. By the bottom of the smoothie, the flavor was a little monotone compared to the taste at the beginning. My wife opted for the Carnitas (pork) wrap. She opted for the flour wrap (four options are available) to hold her marinated carnitas, black beans, corn salsa, avocado, salsa and sour cream. As you can see, the food tastes on the lighter side, but is sufficient enough in quantity and flavor to satisfy someone on the go for lunch. Overall, it was easy to figure out the process and the staff were friendly in the limited interaction. They have a self serve soda fountain, and an accessory counter to the left of the main counter. Once you finish, you are expected to buss your own table. Review #458
