Worst experiences at this location. Inconsistent quality. Pretty sure they skip the ginger in smoothies that have it listed as a core ingredient. I have placed orders on the app on a Sunday morning during business hours, only to arrive and the location be closed. When I pick up my app orders no one speaks to me when I walk in. Every other location, I'm greeted as soon as I walk in the door. It's a shame a prime location near schools and businesses is going to waste. My first experience at tropical smoothie was awesome! One of best wrap places in the south that I have come across. The location was clean with pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. My wrap was just as I ordered. It was fresh and hot. I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 because there is always room to improve. Will definitely be back. read more

Compared to other local locations this one is pretty good I won't lie. It suffers from the typical tropical smoothies issues such as long wait times(which isn't exactly a con because the type of food you are getting takes time to prepare) and the biggest one, changing prices. I have no idea why the price of the order I get every single times fluctuates in price ? Really weird. But anyway, the only real issue with this location(reason why I took off a star) is some of the employees seriously could care less about their job lmao. DON'T GO. The manager is rude and said "Watermelon Mojitos are not supposed to be sweet, you have to ask for sugar to make it sweet. Watermelon is not sweet." I've never had issues in the past with this store. I ordered 2 Watermelon Mojitos on my way back home. Got home, my boyfriend and I took sips and ugh. It was SOUR and smelled like a watermelon going bad. So naturally I call to let them know it was bad. The manager Mary (older Hispanic lady), said the watermelon is okay. She asked me 5 times to make sure I was calling the right store of which I repeated I am calling on the receipt and I was just there. Eventually she listened. I told her the smoothies were sour. She told me i was wrong and the watermelon is okay. Then told me the smoothies weren't sour. I asked her if she would like to taste one and she said then come in and hung up. So I went back to the store. She tried them and said there good. I again said they are really sour and taste foul. She said it because of no sugar. You need to ask for sugar. Then I tried to say in the last month I've had 3-4 smoothies from other tropical smoothies and they are naturally sweet from the watermelon. She cut me off like 5 times then said "Am I speaking English?" I was born here, english is my first language, no accent and she has a heavy Hispanic accent. I'm still trying to figure that out. We got the watermelon mojito smoothies from here today, and they were extremely sour and bitter. When we called to inform them the woman who claimed to be the manager got attitude with my wife, so we took them back and the woman told my wife that it's how watermelon tastes and to dump sugar into it and it would be fine and got attitude again. How is this location still open?! It has the feel it is on life support. The TVs have not worked for a year, no music...the atmosphere is horrendous...it's not that the need music and a TV...but it's depressing to look at broken TVs and no Sirius xm playing..,they use to have all that...the food quality has gone down...I've had better food at the circus...the service....hmm...the employee belching behind the counter while I'm trying to choke down my dry wrap pretty much sums that department up...and it rubs me wrong that all tropical smoothie restaurants have removed their fountain drinks trying to shove the sugar bomb smoothies down you...you are able to purchase a over priced coke in a bottle...come on man! I love tropical smoothie! Their smoothies are very tasty. I love the they use fresh fruits to make them and you can go low calories by choosing splenda as your sweetner. They also have some great wraps and sandwhiches such as the King Ceaser wrap. read more

Do not visit this location the manager is extremely rude. I visit this tropical smoothie every morning before work to get my usual "island green." I always use the app to pay for my purchase. I have never had a problem, the app is always easy to use and offers amazing rewards. Well this morning I scanned my app to pay and it informed me I had a reward of $1 which would be deducted from my total. The app gave me a receipt which confirmed my purchase. Something was wrong with the system at tropical smoothie which caused a problem for the cashier. She then phoned the manager who told me I would have to pay again via phone. This would result in a double charge and so I told her no and offered to send her a copy of my receipt. The manager kept referring to me as "honey" which was extremely rude and ask me to send her a picture of my credit card and bank information. At this point I was extremely upset. This was the most unprofessional treatment I have ever received. I will never visit this location again. read more

Love tropical smoothie but the management at this location is awful. They water down the smoothies, which is ridiculous when you are paying $5 for a smoothie. The owners are extremely rude and make no effort to fix problems they make. When asked if they could remake a smoothie that tasted like 99% water, the owner said they don't put water in the smoothies, just fruit and ice...
