Note* "T Smoothie" is a bot- and the link (if you could call it that?) they suggest using in their replies to the many people with bad experience - is the place I raised multiple ticket orders with to share my experience (as that's what I was told to do to get a refund) and have never heard anything back. Not normally a person to leave reviews but after this experience I felt inclined to. I ordered a smoothie and wrap through the tropical smoothie app, upon delivery my driver only had the smoothie. (The driver didn't speak English so asking him to go back didn't work). I reached out to the store and shared what happened and they told me I had to drive to pick up the rest of the order - I let them know I didn't have a car therefore I couldn't do that. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do that and I had to raise a ticket through the app (which I've done twice and received no response). Finally, Someone who identified themselves as a manager, said they would refund the $22 for the smoothie and wrap and I could reorder my food - therefore, breaking even. I thanked him and agreed to this. Fast forward a week and I have no refund. I called and they said to wait a few days. I called 2 days later and they said they would call me back. I called again the next day and a woman informs me there's not been a manager at that location for 3 months and all I can do is raise a ticket. I informed her that I had multiple times and she said there was nothing she could do for me. I've now spent nearly $50 on a smoothie and a veg wrap, have been lied to, hung up on and had the phone passed from person to person when I call... and all I want is a refund. Another place to hang out with a good smoothie, simple sandwich/wrap wiith free wi-fi. It's busy during lunch hour and usually a short wait; but nothing too drastic. I haven't been too adventurous with their smoothies only because I truly enjoy the 'Orange Dream' a ton! We went there at 8:30pm last night just to get it as a dessert :) Service is smooth and prompt and the place is clean. Never been upstairs where there is extra seating and what seems to be a giant tv... Sandwiches are good enough for a quick lunch. I was a regular here, but the customer service is so inconsistent that I will try the Germantown location. I come here about 2-3 times a week since I live in the area but the staff here is really uninterested in their job which leads to inconsistency in the food as well. The particular incident that will keep me from returning as often as I use to is my recent online order. I ordered online and arrived 5 minutes after my order was scheduled to be ready. They hadn't even started making it. I was okay to wait because it was the afternoon/lunch time and they had a small line. However, they proceeded to make half a dozen other orders before they began on mine. I ordered two flatbreads. The manager made one and asked the line worker to make the other one. This is where the unorganized chaos begins. The manager fixes the first flatbread and moves to another order while the line cook accidentally bags my first flatbread and gives it to another customer. The manger comes back to my order and puts in a wrap instead of my second flatbread, I tell her this wasn't right. She then asks the other customer for her bag back but decides to say nevermind and restart my flatbread again. This entire time, no one has apologized and tried their best not to make eye contact with me. The new flatbread and is now ready but they have now misplaced the first one that had been bagged. They sloppily threw my order together. I had to actually ask for my side items. As a regular, I had become accustomed to the up and down customer service attitude. Sometimes they are nice and sometimes they just rush to get you out but this incident was twice as bad considering they never apologized at all. I ended up waiting over 25 minutes for an order I placed online ahead of time. I will no longer be a regular at this location. read more

I always choose from the low fat options and the Pineapple Delight is one of my favorites. They have tacos now. We tried the Korean BBQ Steak and the Roasted Chipotle Chicken. The chicken was fairly good, though it could use a bit more spice in my opinion. The steak had waaaay too much sauce and it had an odd flavor. Perhaps it was just me since the boyfriend vastly preferred it. The sandwiches always taste fresh. You really can't go wrong with any of them! I ordered from the app for the first time and selected curbside. The app also asked if I wanted to share my location so the store would know when I arrived, so I did for just the one time. My order showed to be ready at 1:05pm and I waited in my car until 1:15pm and nothing. I needed to get back to work, so I ran in to see if my order was ready. The front desk clerk said I have to call so they know I was there or they don't know. The app is misleading and needs to be updated if this is the case. My food was cold and I had NO napkins in my bag which was much needed when eating a Jamaican Jerk wrap. The staff didn't apologize or show the least bit of remorse for my non curb side pickup issues. I really like this place. The smoothies are delicious and the food is pretty good. So far I've tried the blueberry bliss smoothie and the rockin raspberry smoothie and they were yummy. I've also tried the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwhich and the all american omelet wrap. Both meals did not disappoint. Plus I like the fact that this cafe has a lot of seating inside as there is an upstairs seating area. All in all, I recommend this place. This was a weird trip for me. I have a dairy allergy, which is a huge pain in the derriere, and I went in here and asked the simple question, 'Do your smoothies contain dairy?' I expected a yes or no, instead I got a 'They don't contain dairy, they contain yogurt.' I just kind of stared at the girl for a minute, then stopped staring and asked, 'Isn't yogurt dairy?' 'No, we don't use dairy.' Instead of continuing that conversation I went for one of the lemonade smoothies, which indeed ARE dairy-free and it was decent. Nothing amazing, but refreshing, nonetheless. Also offered are sandwiches and wraps. It's a big place, nice and two-storied, with balcony seating overlooking the lower floor. I give it five stars for a fantastic smoothie. It's a little bit pricey, but I'm totally willing to pay that for what I get. I'm always a fan of the strawberry banana, and let me tell you, it's worth the five and a half dollars I pay for it. The smoothie is absolutely huge, but the best part is, it's chock full of stuff that's good for you and it tastes like strawberries and bananas--smoothie king tends to taste fake and watered down. But this is the real deal. The smoothies are also consistently smooth throughout--no random chunks of fruit that won't go up the straw, no sucking out all the liquid and being left with an icy mess. What an awesome selection of smoothies! Especially the lower-fat ones for those of us who are attempting to eat healthy. This particular location takes a while to get your order placed (not because they are slow, but because there are so many choices that the non-regulars stand in line staring at the menu). Once you do, they are pretty quick. The thing to know about this place is that they have a large upstairs area with seating. If you blink, you might miss the stairs. Perfect location if you're looking for a quiet area to sit during lunch, or if you have a larger group and want to put tables together. I also like that you can sub out the Turbanado sugar for Splenda. They have both fruit and veggie smoothies that are all really good and filling. More importantly, the drinks have been CONSISTENT, so I never have to worry about returning my smoothie because it wasn't made right. The food is also wonderful. I personally like their hot pita sandwiches over the cold regular sandwiches, and the meal will fill you up for sure. If you're running around town and just want to grab a healthy snack or meal, try to remember this place next time you're out. It's kind of hidden in the shopping center. read more

Smoothies are always fresh and well made. This is easily my favorite "smoothie" place. The sandwiches and flatbreads, and the different iterations of each that they have, are definitely good. But, don't expect gourmet or anything great. This is definitely a great place for lunch. They are normally fairly quick with their turnaround times in smoothie preparation, unless there is a huge rush.
