The Gouda grits had a little bit of a kick to them and the crawfish sauce had an amazing flavor which made the whole thing an over the top flavorful dish. My husband ordered the pork chop and wasn't a fan. The pork chop was overcooked and dried out. While overcooked, the chop did have a nice smoked flavor. He quashed he had ordered the redfish because he loved the flavor of my dish, so we shared. He had fries and Mac n cheese with his dish and both were good. We loved the truffle fries dipped in ketchup. Something about the combination just works together. We finished the night off with their yummy bread pudding! Definitely save room for dessert because the bread pudding with caramel sauce is sooooo gooood!

We started with the BBQ shrimp and burnt ends plate, both of which were excellent. My girlfriend and brother both got the Debris Samich, which I liked but they did not as the bun was rather soggy. I thought it tasted good and was happy to treat it as a knife and fork sandwich. I had the 38-day dry aged prime ribeye- which was offered at a great price for the quality and the treatment of the meat. The center was cooked exactly how I ordered it, but around the outside the meat somehow appeared to be raw while simultaneously having a burnt crust on the outside. I was underwhelmed because even though most of the steak was great the burnt bits turned me off. We had a few desserts, and my favorite was the butter cake. They're definitely worth a try. After pressing further, the employee stated they would tell the manager when they came in. Called 2 hours later and spoke with the manager, the employee had not informed them of any issue or refund requested. Manager stated they would call me back in 30 minutes with a refund - they did not. Called back 1.5 hours later and the manager had no attempted a refund, seemed to have forgotten about it. They then said they would contact their I.T. team and be in touch with me. It has now been 5 days since the original order and after contacting my own bank to dispute the claim, they notified me a refund was never even attempted by Wing Guru. This location is notorious for this and it is honestly theft - I am unsure how they are open much less not in legal troubles as other customers have also reported this issue. Most businesses would have refunded this instantly AND made it right to compensate a customer that spends nearly a thousand dollars a year with them - Wing Guru clearly does not care to do even the bare minimum. Disappointing and disgusting. Please read other reviews before coming here - very horrible customer service.

The soup was thoughtfully packed nicely with seran wrap, and all condiments were nicely included in a separated bags (bean sprouts, basil, lime, noodles, chicken and jalapeños). I can tell this place pays attention to detail. Customer service and quality appears to be a priority. The food was excellent, we got the chicken pho. The meat was tender and the broth was so clear almost like water but with excellent full flavor (something i look for when I go out for pho). We also ordered the chicken BBQ Vietnamese sandwich. I got the Pho Arlington and the noodles were good. The broth was ok and not overly salty. It came with 2 bones of short ribs but not as much of the sliced beef. For $24.99 I expected a little more of the sliced beef even with the short ribs. The pork chop with rice was reported as good. The sizzle cake was very good. Another aspect of our visit was the several members of our party noticed that a worker took several glasses from another table that had left. She took the glasses to a small wash sink and just emptied the glasses, rinse them without cleaning them and refilled them with ice and water and bright them out to our table. Gross! No wash nor sanitizing. Mashed one think what other short cuts do they take? E did not that they have a 93/100 health rating. Overall experience was not great and close to terrible. The food gets an extra star. May try this place again to give them a second chance to make it right since a close friend highly recommended it.
