Ordered a chicken pesto flatbread. The bread was overdone so much so that I could not even eat the outside. The flatbread was only half filled with ingredients. The chicken consisted of tiny cubes. Do not recommend. read more

Double charged!!! We used to be regular customers at this location. On May 04th we placed an order on the app and went to the drive thru to pick up. Due to some type of problem with the app and being out of chocolate for smoothies, I was told by employee at window for pickup.. my order was never received and I would need to place again. I asked are you sure? SHE SAID.. there is no order under your name. Well surprise, the second order went through with confirmation and my reward points were received. (it's shows on my app!) Fast forward.. two months later still trying to straighten out with store and bank.. a $70 something charge for an order we never received, a $65 charge for the order we did receive. And several bank charges because it threw us in overdraft. Would love to speak with someone, but no one will seem to get back with us or return our calls. Super disappointing and super sad our kids loved this place. read more

I was super impressed with this location. Although they were a little busy, every one was friendly and extremely efficient. Smiling and acknowledging all the customers makes a huge difference when having to wait. One of the associates, Heather, was very helpful and got me exactly what I wanted. I really feel the need to go on Yelp, as I feel this could help another person like me out. I have a banana allergy, so I ordered my salted caramel smoothie without bananas. When I pulled out of the drivethru and took my first sip, I immediately tasted bananas. I then had to go back into the restaurant to get a new smoothie made. My wife and I just are lunch at the Murrells Inlet location for probably the 6th time. The smoothies are always great and we have not been disappointed with any of the food choices we have chosen. We have met the owner and everytime we are there she makes it a point to come over and speak with us. So far not impressed. This visit was yesterday aftetnoon. Realize this is a healthy natural food and drink spit but these two smoothies were utterly tasteless. Bland, no fruity taste whatsoever. If course the intentional lack of add sweetners accounts for some of that but each of us only drank about 1/4 of of our $11 purchase-quite a big disappointment. I suspect the fruits used just weren't sweet and succulent enough. We MAY give it a try again since a couple of friends said they like it.....dunno. read more

I have been here twice and just love it. Was introduced to it by my son and granddaughter. This will be one of my favorite places to come. Staff very personable and accommodating. They work very efficiently to handle the customers during their rush time. Working both the counter and drive up can be challenging when doing made to order menus. So glad I was introduced to this cafe. read more

Not surprised to see some others have also had the same bad experiences I have had as of late. Let me start by saying I have been coming here since this past summer and during those first couple of months I never had any issues, employees were pleasant for the most part and the smoothies were always pretty good (although a little inconsistent at times). However, within the past month or two I have noticed a significant decline in both customer service and quality of smoothies (not to mention accuracy of orders). Even with the apparent decline, for some reason I still find my self coming back each week hoping that maybe they got they're act together and things were back to the way they were when I first started coming. I can officially say that this last experience I had has turned me away for good. Unfortunately it seems to me that one employee in particular is a large part of the issue. This last trip I caught that my order was wrong, before I had left. Therefore, I let this employee know; her response was very passive aggressive (as usual) and she made it seem as if it were a nuisance that I simply wanted what I actually ordered. She remade the smoothie that I had asked for however it was by far the worst one I have ever had. The smoothie was watery and just tasted like straight ginger, literally all I could taste was ginger. I have know other reason but to believe that she had purposely made it this way, as to defiantly get back at me for pointing out that the order was wrong in the first place, just ridiculous on so many levels. I hate that I have to leave such a negative review, but when it comes to this level of disrespect I have no other choice, and this was not an isolated incident. Not to mention that some people have food allergies and getting the wrong order could have serious consequences. My hope is that the owner may see this and take note, as it appears that others have also had the same issues and it's not just me. read more

Terrible customer service. I used the drive through service and asked for an alternative dressing for my wrap instead of ranch, and the employee said we do not have any other dressings? Then I asked for a avocado dressing and the female started laughing? It didn't seem like a huge or difficult task that apparently was for them. I understand you can't be there all the time and you can not know everything that's going on. I have been to your cafe several times and enjoyed it. With that being said this is not the first time this has happened. Like you said we're human. But after 2 or 3 times I say its fare to say as a customer its an attitude problem.
