    Strawberry Cheesecake Biscuit

Went with something different on our last visit, the Strawberry Cream Biscuit, but didn't care for the filling flavor in combination with the biscuit, and the weird coconut flavor of the whipped cream. I opted for a short stack of pancakes instead, something that never disappoints! I also recently used my rewards for my first to-go order of pancakes, and I wasn't disappointed. A lot of care goes into the prep, packaging, and including the sides. Service is always friendly and restaurant is clean. Managed very well. Love this location!

Great service from their entire staff today for brunch. Our server Sandra was so nice and friendly. I enjoyed my delicious sampler breakfast with eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, hash browns, blueberry crepe and a wonderful cup of coffee. Sky was also very helpful friendly and efficient. Excellent place to have a very satisfying breakfast!!!

The new Ihop is beautiful, hubby drove by and saw them open so we decided to go on Sunday, it was full but the seating pace was fast, we were seated in 20 minutes, this is were the review begins Waitress came took our drink order, came back and took the food order from the table next to us that was seated after us anyway, she took our order and from that moment it took 40 minutes to get our food and not to mention they brought in my husband's, my daughter's and mine but not my 4 yrs old Mac and cheese, I will say five minutes later the Mac and cheese came, it was hot so my husband stirred it and to find a piece of eyelash on it, of course we called the waitress and told her, by the time they were going to make a new one my baby had eaten my bacon and my husband's eggs so we canceled his order. Manager came to the table apologized for inconvenience, I told her everything is beautiful, better than before but I can't believe we had to wait 40 minutes for eggs, bacon and hash browns and not to mention the Mac and cheese that goes in the microwave, she told us she has the same cooks but with a new computer system that they are trying to adapt, I could understand, then she came back and told us she took care of the bill, I told her no she can only take off the Mac and cheese but she insisted and didn't let us pay, well that's what I called customer service, something like Harris Teeter, of course we'll be back, I love the place, much better than woodruff rd.

Agree with previous review that food & service are fine but the place smells like a gas station bathroom. Ruined my appetite.

The one thing I would offer as constructive criticism is really watch the amount of dry oregano you add after the fact. Most of what we received had more than a dusting, which isn't pleasant with dried herbs. (Note, I love oregano and cook with it all the time. This was just excessive). The other thing I would note is there isn't that spirit of hospitality when you are there, which is what the Greeks are known for. Service was I'd say a bit below average- for example, we ordered a bunch of appetizers, and were done with quite a bit of it. When our food came out the waitress tried to deliver all the food on an already crowded table. We had to ask her to remove the dirty, empty plates first. We also had people run out of water, and she never came back to refill. The other thing was it was clearly a celebratory dinner. It would have been nice to at least ask what was going on. Not looking for anything, but typically a server would at least chat you up. All that said, we will be back and recommend this place to others. Would just recommend tasting the food before it does out to make sure its not caked with dried oregano, and bring a little more of that Greek spirit to the business.

The fries were tasty with a nice seasoning that boosted their flavor. My server was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. However, the hostess who seated me didn't seem very welcoming. As the saying goes, first impressions matter, and the first person you encounter sets the tone for the rest of the experience. The ambiance was pleasant overall, though the place felt somewhat ordinary.

We weren't really in a hurry, but we chose the bar. The bartender greeted us as we sat. Brought us water and menus. After a few minutes we ordered a couple beers on draft. After a bit of a wait we ordered a Cobb salad and a double smash burger with fries. While waiting for our food, we enjoyed our beers. It was a local beer that, Valhalla IPA. This was my first taste of alcohol in a year to the day. It was delicious! My goal was a year. This beer went down so well. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary, so why not. When our food came out we were pleasantly surprised. The Cobb salad was top tier! It had A LOT of everything and it was awesome! My burger and fries were outstanding! We were just having a great time. After walking around for a few hours this moment just hit right. The restaurant vibe, our conversation, food, beer, and our general happiness made this moment such a great time for us. We genuinely enjoyed this restaurant. They offered tables, booths, bar seating, and outdoor seating inside a small wall, and sidewalk seating as well. I didn't read any other reviews of this place. We were looking for a place to have dinner and this place looked great. The people dining looked happy, it was busy, and the food other diners were eating looked good. We really enjoyed Grill Marks. When we return to Greenville, SC, we will definitely dine here. Recommend giving this place a try.

Right by Fluor Field with a fun, lively vibe. We sat outside, which was clean, comfortable, and a great spot to hang out before an event. Service was fantastic. David, our server, was friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable, and really helped elevate the experience. For food, we started with the wings (dry rub and Jamaican jerk). The flavors were decent, but the wings themselves were rubbery and a bit underwhelming, especially considering the price point. One standout though... the ranch dressing. Easily some of the best I've had. The breakfast tacos were good overall, and the chimichurri was fresh and flavorful. I think adding a creamy component would have taken them up another level. The sweet potato fries were fantastic. The chicken and biscuit was decent. The Nashville-style chicken had good flavor, but the tenders were on the smaller side, making the portion feel a bit lacking. The biscuit itself was solid. The tallow fries were also well done, and the Lefty's sauce was a nice addition. One unique touch at the end. You're given the option to send a postcard, and they handle the postage and mailing for you. A really fun and memorable detail. Overall, a good spot with great service and atmosphere, though some of the food execution and portion sizes could be improved.
