Stopped in with my hubby for a pb smoothie before finishing errands. I have the app & always use it and had earned a $5 credit for next purchase but last week it had disappeared. I spoke with the owner and he was very friendly and offered to look into the matter for me. I asked him today about it & he couldn't find anything wrong with my account but knows me from frequenting his store and offered me a $5 off my order today if I would accept. I was just happy he looked into the situation and now the bonus of giving me my $5 off made up for losing it on the app. We both ordered the peanut paradise smoothie (700 cal) has pb, banana, yogurt, protein of your choice (got whey)& both were made quickly and delicious! Ever since I tried the açaí bowl I have been hooked. I went a couple of weeks ago and got one and got it made the normal way. I love the granola, I went last week and grabbed another one but this time no bananas and extra granola and was happy to hear that it was no up charge. Today I had that craving again and I ordered the same way no bananas and extra granola, this was the first time I didn't check my order before leaving and when I finally got home to check it I was kinda upset to see they didn't add the extra granola but all and all it's still delicious. read more

I always come here. Best place to get a smoothie the taste is beyond delicious and the Staff makes it worth a million smoothies more. Located at a convenient and great spot! I went to this location a month ago and received a great smoothie. I went 2 days ago and purchased the same thing a chia bananas boost with peanut butter. This time it appears that I had peanut butter and ice. It was very very think and I thought I would let it melt some. Nope that didn't work. A few times Only peanut butter went through the straw. I even decided to mix it with milk at home. But the thickness and the amount of peanut butter is way to much. read more

It's average at best. The food is subway quality and the smoothies are not natural. You can tell it's artificial preservatives. If you're craving something cheap with no other options than I would stop by here. :) read more

Since there's no smoothie king in my area I decided to try tropical smoothie. When I walked in I was shocked to see how big and nice it was. The menu was also not just restricted to smoothies but they had sandwiches and other things! I got the protein milkshake with strawberry, banana and Whey protein which was pretty delicious. My only complaint is that it took too long for me to get it and it could've been more for the price I paid. I can't wait to give their sandwiches a try read more

I am a frequent visitor of this location never had a problem before, went there today& two of the employees were sitting right in front the establishment on the ground hindering people from walking up the walk way & when I went I asked for the manager their coworker stated manager wasn't there, she then went outside to tell them something the young fella came inside with no issue but the young girl came in & was rude stated I can't stand people & I said to her she was wrong & if the manager was there this wouldn't be an issue. I obtained the mangers name & stated I would make a complaint tomorrow she stated I don't care I won't be here. Bottom line she was real unprofessional & needs to be disciplined for actions. read more

Tropical smoothie cafe is my favorite place to grab a quick meal with smoothies, but now I may be losing interest. I ordered some smoothies off of Uber eats and it said that they would arrive in about 10 minutes. But, after almost 2 hours, we still didn't have our smoothies. When they finally arrived, they were watered down, grainy and all around disgusting. This doesn't even include the fact that the driver couldn't find our address and when we called to complain, they put us on hold four times. I do not recommend ordering off of Uber eats if you are looking for a quick, tasty meal. Although I did receive a full refund, next time I think I will use Postmates. P.S. I do realize that this is not meant for an Uber Eats review but there was not a direct other place to put this complaint. read more

I really loved this place when it first opened. We used to just get smoothies and everything was fine. Then I received a couple gift cards and started buying sandwiches and wraps and it started going downhill. First I can't find a way to put gift cards on the app. When they only had online ordering there was no way to use the gift cards. When they opened I ask and no one would help or answer questions, they just said I had to enter them on the app. They wouldn't even look at the app to see there was no way to enter them. They seem to be trained just to shrug and say sorry without putting any thought or effort into solving an issue. Then we were overcharged on multiple occasions. When we ordered sandwich and smoothie combos through the app we were always charged around $20 + tax for two meals - sandwich, side of our choice and smoothie. We go into the store to finally be able to used our gift cards and they charge us over $25 for two sandwiches and two smoothies and no side. I point out the error, thinking this is an easy fix and they refuse to fix it! Their solution was I could just grab a bag of chips. .....of course I can grab a bag of chips, I paid for them AND several bucks extra. I'm still waiting for the sandwiches so I talk to the clerk, she talks to someone behind her and just walks away as of hoping I would just forget it. So I stop her again and point out that we were overcharged. She just gives me the 'shrug and sorry' and repeats that I can grab a bag of chips to make up for it. So frustrating! Especially after she talked to someone else - I assume a manager. I could hear her say that they accidentally rang us up for separate items and not the combo, but both of them refused to fix it and give us back the money they overcharged us. I ordered food and a drink from this place and only received my drink. I called them up to try and resolve the issue and they were completely unwilling to rectify the problem. This happened twice. The first time I attempted to view it a an oversight and gave them a second chance. That was obviously a huge mistake. They were even heard laughing in the background when I called asking to speak to a manager. I called back to ask if I could come pick up my item the next day and they repeatedly sent me to voicemail. The phone rand twice then went to voicemail about three times in a row when I called back. I left my name and number and was never called back by management. I'll never order from this place again. They don't deserve to be open. They clearly are not ready for public service. read more

I chose to order through their website because I wanted to pick up the food quickly. When I got there, I found out they had not even started my order, mind you I arrived 5 minutes after the time they had told me the order would be ready. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes for the food to be made and after it came out, the order was completely messed up and not even close to what I had ordered online. I had to wait again for them to fix it which took almost 10 minutes & when I got home, the chicken was not completely cooked; it was raw .
