My gf and I decided to take a quick breakfast, so we went to this IHOP, as it was close by and we had a busy day ahead of us. They had many customers and carryout. We had a wait to be seated, and first drink. a was coffee. It was ok, one thing was instead of The menu is a typical IHOP, loaded with carbs, people like that. My gf ordered an English muffin with butter, it was acceptible, my order was the breakfast potatoes with butter and 4 strips of bacon. That is my favorite and the bacon be aware the bacon has a lot of salt. We might be back, but no hurrÿ. read more

Right off the bat, the greeter was a rock star. He was dealing wit the Sunday rush like a pro and he was super attentive as well. I ran into some friends here and they were very happy. This is a well run restaurant. The food is part of the chain so it taste like pretty much anywhere else, but they've clearly been updating their menu and it's just worth the experience and the effort to go here. Drink order was slow to arrive, might have been a staffing problem, many vacancies. Our order was an easy one. It sounded so appetizing in print.Turkey slices and 2 sides: French fries, gravy. Now dont expect any stuffing or cranberries. I chose a side salad-2 selections of dressing, ranch, or honey mustard. This salad was huge, very generous in the serving size and fresh. My husband also got the turkey dinner with the Rice Medley and Redskin mashed potatoes. I could not finish my turkey, not because I was full, but because it was so bland, very little flavor. I have never had such tasteless meat! And the gravy was watery. The French fries were the highlight, fresh and hot. Both meals came with a slice of grilled bread. The general manager, Mohamed helped me with a previous mishap with a carryout order and he immediately rectified the issue. Kudos to their cooks and to All waitresses and waiters. We sat for 20 min until someone finally helped us. Well we had to go to a manager. I think it is time to slow down this door delivery apps. People who come in are suffering. The amount of orders going out the door was crazy. The staff was scrambling, kitchen backed up because of in house orders and out of house orders. The manager was so nice. I think he is feeling the stress of coming out of a pandemic. He is trying to make a living and I just feel awful for those in this type of industry. But, we are all trying to navigate it all. I have nothing good to say about my visit here. I ordered curbside as I have my puppy with me. They had the phone off the hook so I couldn't let them know I was there. Called over 50 times. When I say something to guy at register, he went to get my food and then stopped to talk with someone with my food in his hand. I get my food and the waffle is sitting on top of my eggs, or sitting in its own container, looks uncooked and they didn't provide any syrup. I go eats a waffle without syrup? My family and I woke up with a hankering for some flapjacks and eggs. Growing up, my mother use to take my siblings and I to breakfast at our neighboring IHOP every Saturday morning, so why not start the tradition with my family right? Amongst arrival, We were greeted with an apathetic and cold "How many?" Everyone is not a morning person, so we brushed it off and went to our booth. Our waiter was in much better spirits as she greeted us and promptly took our order. I ordered the Steak and Eggs. Steak cooked med rare, eggs scrambled with cheddar cheese. My wife had a breakfast sampler and chicken and fries for little Johnny. He's not an egg guy. The steak came out with no sear and extremely over cooked. The syrup was watery and the ketchup bottle had about 2 squirts left tell empty. The flapjacks were good and eggs were cooked well, so all was not lost. I sent the steak back and started to type this review.... Haven't seen the waiter since. Hopefully she's getting more ketchup. Wishful thinking, Ha! This experience wasn't the best. I'll try a local eatery next time. Typically, chains really don't care about the food, much less the people eating it. Thanks for the cold ice waters, though! We went here Christmas Day for the first time ever with a large group of 8 people for a late breakfast. The place was crowded and we were fortunate to get a table to seat all of us. Our waitress Lola was wonderful! She was patient with all our orders and extras added after first order was placed. Our food was all brought out at the same time and was delicious. Lola came back frequently to check with each of us to see if we needed refills or wanted to order additional items. I was surprised to find out that they have vegetarian items on the menu and the omelet can be customized if you don't want a certain veggie in it or switch one for another. I had pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, ham, & hash browns which of course was delicious but I had to give my son half my meal since I couldn't finish all of it. I don't know if I will return on Christmas Day again as they were extremely crowded. I will say that even with a large group & other tables our waitress Lola was extremely efficient and got every order correct and to the table quickly with a smile! Ordered through doordash strawberry banana pancakes, over medium eggs bacon and hashbrowns. The whole breakfast was completely ruined when the strawberry juice was spilled onto the hashbrowns,eggs and bacon. Why were they in there in the first place with no top on the souffle cup. My pancakes were on the verge of and tasted burned. It was awful. I think either ihop was shorthanded or they had a terrible person executing and an overwhelmed cook. There was a waffle Ordered that never came and the chicken tenders turned into on flat overcooked piece of chicken. We were very hungry and this was needless to say very disappointing. We order all the time from ihop and go there when on Merritt so this was a fluke but bad enough to say YUCK read more

I come here all the time on Saturday afternoons as I find the Saturday brunch selection in Canton to be seriously lacking. My boyfriend and I always order some pancake or French toast combination and we have never been disappointed! It's never been horribly crowded either, we usually come around 2 but even the days we come at 12 we are still seated right away. Service is decent across the board and the value is unbeatable. This Ihop has very friendly and efficient wait staff. They are always respectful and I never feel rushed, even when it is crowded. I find the menu to have a great variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. They also have better quality food then other similar chair restaurants. The food is consistently prepared correctly, even when I have special requests. It does not get too loud, even when it is packed. The only problem I continue to run into is with a delay in being seated and paying my bill. I recommend the Swedish crepes! read more

I recently moved to the area and this was by far the best dining experience. Everybody has been to iHop but not everyone has had Lola as there server. After sitting down and getting our drinks an older gentlemen sitting beside us was visibly unwell. Lola and another woman took there time to comfort him call an ambulance for him and see him away. Through all of this Lola was still able to provide us top notch service and serve us delicious food. While some people may see Lola's actions as basic human decency, with the way the world is I felt compelled to leave this review and let everyone know this iHop is well worth the visit just to have Lola as your server! Ordered from here via Uber eats. Ordered a cinnastack and got an omelette instead. Called to complain and the phone was tossed back and forth a few times until it reached the manager. The manager told me that the employee put the food in the bag. I was confused because said item magically disappeared from the bag. As I try to figure out the mystery, the manager puts me on hold.
