She has made my sandwich each time, and what might seem like a simple interaction to someone else has honestly meant so much to me during a very challenging few days. I have a tomato allergy, and Emma has been consistently attentive to my order and my needs. What really stood out to me was that she remembered my order from the previous days. Walking in and having someone recognize you, remember what you need, greet you with a smile, and simply show genuine kindness can provide a much-needed moment of normalcy when life feels anything but normal. On top of that, the sandwich has been consistently fresh, well-prepared, and exactly what I ordered every single time. That kind of consistency matters, especially when you're exhausted, stressed, and spending your days at a hospital. Emma may not realize it, but her kindness, professionalism, and consistency have given me a few small moments of appreciation and a reason to smile during an otherwise incredibly difficult time.
