We got a smoothie bowl. The bowl is a decent size with a good amount of toppings. My daughter wasn't a fan of all the granola, but I'm a texture junkie so I liked it. The granola didn't have a lot of flavor but it was good together. It has acai, bananas, strawberries, and pineapples. The acai was smooth and creamy. Not too sweet, and very filling. I placed an online order from the parking lot. It took about 25 minutes. I walked in and my food was sitting on the counter in a bag with stickers on it that were individual for the items that I ordered. I got my food and left . when I got home I realize that every single one of my orders was wrong . I came here while I was waiting for my table to be available at a nearby restaurant. I was super thirsty so I decided to walk to TSC. This is a tiny location! It was very clean and well kept inside. The cashier was very friendly and energetic. I didn't have to wait very long for my smoothie. I was happy about that because I was dying of thirst lol. I ordered the Sunshine smoothie which consists of mango, pineapple, orange juice, banana, and orange. YUM!!! Great smoothies. Huge variety of flavors. I like that they refresh the Smoothi menu occasionally. Only once have I ever seen them give free samples of their new smoothies and it was the one that had beets in it. I'm glad they gave a free sample because I did not like it at all. They had a sandwich years ago that I just loved. But it someplace they stop carrying it. I tried many of the other sandwiches and wraps but nothing ever really replaced it. So I come here for smoothies but not so much for the food because I have not found many of the sandwiches, wraps, salads I tried impressive. This location gets very very busy at lunch because of the customers coming from surrounding businesses some of which are in the shopping center. If you come at lunchtime expect to wait in a long line. Also expect to be pleased with your smoothie. This location has an outdoor eating area two tables and a few chairs. read more

I arrived around 2pm and the place was pretty busy. The store is so small there's not even a decent place to form a line and it was causing people to trip over one another. I ordered food and a smoothie, and while the food came out within ten minutes and was very delicious, it took about 20 MORE minutes to get my smoothie. Open leaving they messed up my order as well and put a ton of ginger in my smoothie which shouldn't have any at all and it was disgusting. I was so fed up with waiting I didn't even bother to go back. Update: I did decide to go back and she said to come back TOMORROW to have it remade. Just wow. I went to visit tropical smoothie today, and order a beach bum and an awesome chocolate. I wanted the awesome chocolate in an adult size. The lady behind the counter advised me to get a peanut butter cup smoothie with no peanut butter. I ordered those smoothies, and while I was paying a girl named Vivian yelled out, "who orders a peanut butter cup with no peanut butter." I just though that was very unprofessional. As well she gave me my drink once she was done and slammed them on the counter. Frequent this location almost weekly for my family because it's close but we rather drive to another location. The employees are usually friendly but the managers and owners cheat you out of food and make a ton of rules-- even as far as how you have to pay. Whenever I have asked for any customization or a small request, the daytime manager always says, "It's what corporate and the owners want us to do." I placed an order and one day she said it 5 times. There was a separate issue and after agreeing to fix my order, this same manager gave me a difficult time once I came inside the store and tried to find every reason possible as to how they didn't make a mistake. I had to cut her off and explain that I only wanted the replacement that was supposed to be given to me. The last straw is the fact that they have been cheating people out of food and making sure they give the bare minimum of everything-- even if you pay extra. I asked about measurements and scales which the manager said they don't use for their yogurt bowls. Every açaí bowl for my family is always inconsistent and wrong. Never proportioned evenly and the smallest amount of yogurt. This is the only location that will rob you. They're big on taking your money and not wanting to fix their mistakes.
