A few Cajun fries and Cheddar Bacon Burger.
    Jill L.

Love these burgers! I got the cheddar bacon burger. The bacon was crispy! I would prefer a cheddar cheese slice but did still like the cheese sauce on the burger. In Wichita, we have nothing like this. I loved the Cajun fries and wis I hadn't shared them. My daughter liked her chicken nuggets and asked for Cajun seasoning on them. She just wished you could order more than a 5 pack...like an 8 pack. I will definitely go back here during my visit and wish we had this restaurant back home.

    The second chicken strip wrap

All I'm saying is that I'm a grown man if I order two chicken wrap from you all give me a whole chicken strip are either too small pieces like y'all only wanna get one small piece this is not a kid Neil y'all pissed me off with that, this is my money. I'm paying to eat give me enough food to feed myself. I'm not a child every time I go to the cookout and it never fails. Just sad!!!!!!

What a deal !! The burgers and shakes are so delicious , make sure to ask for the cook out sauce !! The price for the combos are super affordable and you can get multiple items for one price. I must say the menu is a little challenging to understand but once the cashier explained it I went about my way to order. I got a burger with cheese, lettuce ,tomato ( you build your own burger ) , cheese fries and a cookies and cream shake . Yum yum yum! Now I wish one would open in NJ!!

Service is bad you can barely Hear out of the drive through speaker and the workers there are so rude they get mad if you ask for condiments especially the red haired white lady. Food is good but I don't think it's worth going because the people there act like you are a nuisance, do better. Arath yusue thank you for being so rude I hope this lady isn't the manager

Big Double Burger with everything; fries and onion-rings. Cook out style hot dog for dessert.

I walked in because of the name of this establishment, and I'm so happy I did. Cook out has mix and match menu of tasty options. My order is as big double burger with fries and onion rings; and got cook out style hot dog. The burger was so delicious, the bun was soft and the burger tasted like it came from the cook-out grill. Fries and onion-rings were tasty with cook-out sauce added to the goodness. Service was excellent Austin working front counter was awesome because I had some first timer questions. Cook out is counter service place with booth seating. Cook out is worth your time and effort. ***this place is Flight Attendant approved***

3.5 rounded up because I mean...it's CookOut! Obviously from the outside, you can probably tell what you're going to get into. Need a quick meal? CookOut. Want variety? CookOut. Want a bomb shake? CookOut. Their milkshakes are an absolutely fav across the milkshake universe & even better is that you can get them mixed! Taking it another step, it's even good after leaving it in the freezer for a short time. Though quick and cheap, CookOut does have some good items if you're looking for something late at night or just quick in general.

    RAW "Well Done" Burger

I specifically asked them for a WELL DONE burger because i KNOW how they quickly make burgers. SMH RAW BURGER smh check your burgers before you eat it. I was unfortunate enough to be half way in my burger smh. This is the second time i have received a raw burger smh oreo milkshake was icey smh i asked for cajun and got regular fries. YES fast service is great but COOK YOUR MEAT PROPERLY thats a whole health violation smh

Hamburger was great. Shake was way too thick, required a spoon. I put most of Shake in trash.

Low cost but basic items. Had two dogs and chili in a bag. Chili in a Doritos bag was called 'walking taco'. Shakes are good.

I looked up good burgers and Haven came up as an option. We always love a dive-y bar with good food, so decided to try it. We get there and the front door has a sign that says smoking entrance and that the nonsmoking entrance is in the back. We go around back as I don't smoke due to my Dad and Granddad dying from cancer due to smoking. We entered the back door and there are two bathroom doors and a third door saying smoking entrance. The non-smoking section is a small hallway next to the bathrooms. I guess that is their way of mocking non-smokers. We walked back around and used the main entrance. Basically, from the moment we entered we were clearly not welcome. It was a Sunday night, but they were open for 90 more minutes. We asked what was on tap, ordered, and we were given bottled beer. I guess the taps don't work. We didn't ask. The bartender then stayed as far from us as possible chain-smoking with some regulars. Maybe the kitchen closes early on Sunday. Anyway it was clear we were not getting any food there and left.

Our server, Destinee,…read moreprovided outstanding customer service--she was professional, attentive, and helped make our first visit memorable. Now the food... we ended up sitting for almost two hours because we kept trying different dishes, and every single one was delicious. The fried lamb chops were bussin', the seafood fries were flavorful and filling, and the salmon bites literally melted in my mouth. The seafood mac topped with fried catfish (with fried salmon on the side) had my picky child dancing and humming--so that tells you everything! The cornbread was great too, and I washed it all down with a strawberry Arnold Palmer. Everything was amazing even the music and we can't wait to return!

I ordered from their apparent "new" brunch menu and was excited because the options all sounded delicious. My excitement quickly went away from the wait time for our food, which was ridiculous (0/10) especially when the restaurant wasn't busy at all. There was also inconsistency among the presentation of food on each plate brought to the table. I first asked for a mock tail, the Burner (8/10) it was refreshing and I wanted to enjoy it, but the drinks were brought out so quick and our food took 35-40 minutes... For food, I asked for their Loaded brioche French toast (3/10), the menu stated "sweet cream filling" as if the French toast would be stuffed with the cream inside; however, what I was given was thick slices of dry bread, overly smothered in strawberries, with the tiniest amount of cream thrown on top! No "filling" in the bread, at all. Bacon (8/10), Grits (9/10), Scrambled Eggs with cheese (4/10) very bland, and Potatoes (2/10) basic, bland, and unseasoned. Additionally, I found out after an order needed to be redone at my table, that my potatoes were actually supposed to come with seasoning and peppers. My soror who came to brunch with me, had to give her food back after the long wait since her order was not correct at all. What followed, was the manager coming to our table, with what seemed like a bit of an attitude, trying to find out how exactly the order was wrong. While explaining that the French toast didn't match the description of the menu, a simple conversation about the menu wording and food outcome/presentation turned into a partial over explaining and back and forth, with the staff almost refusing to accept that what was given to us simply didn't match the menu description. After having the waitress and manager come to the table multiple times and after another long wait for food, my Sorors food arrived with an amazing presentation (I should've taken a picture of it). Definitely not how my food, my sisters food, or my sorors original plate of food looked at all. Inconsistency is a major issue here as well as communication. There's no reason going back and forth, doing any over explanation, or having to send your food back to be remade should THEN lead to you receiving well prepared/presented food here in this restaurant. The manager explained that the slow service and food presentation was because everyone in the kitchen was being "trained" and the brunch menu was still "new." To me, this didn't make sense when this restaurant is not new; the explanation/excuse used just didn't add up. Think I've given enough chances to this restaurant at this point. I've been here some other times and didn't do reviews for those experiences, because they weren't great, but they also weren't terrible, but this recent experience has sealed the deal for me on not coming back; very unfortunate. The waitress mentioned she would fix our bills to accommodate for the experience we had and while paying, I noticed that the only thing really removed from each bill was basically the tax total. About $31 spent on my order. My overall rate of experience : 4/10

My husband got the shepherds pie and he said this was an easy 10/10 the lamb was cooked perfectly. Great seasoning and overall flavor this is a hit. I ordered the corned beef and cabbage... man it's going to be hard to try other things on the menu because this was actually perfect. Well, one thing I would LOVE to see is some gravy on the mashed potatoes or even on the side. The potatoes taste great themselves but something in this dish is lacking diverse flavor I feel like that would have brought everything together to make it 10/10. I will still get it again though! Beware for all of my savory people... the cabbage is cooked to have a sweeter taste idk if I loved that but I added a little salt and it was fine. Carrots and mustard were great additions.
