    The second chicken strip wrap
    Los

All I'm saying is that I'm a grown man if I order two chicken wrap from you all give me a whole chicken strip are either too small pieces like y'all only wanna get one small piece this is not a kid Neil y'all pissed me off with that, this is my money. I'm paying to eat give me enough food to feed myself. I'm not a child every time I go to the cookout and it never fails. Just sad!!!!!!

What a deal !! The burgers and shakes are so delicious , make sure to ask for the cook out sauce !! The price for the combos are super affordable and you can get multiple items for one price. I must say the menu is a little challenging to understand but once the cashier explained it I went about my way to order. I got a burger with cheese, lettuce ,tomato ( you build your own burger ) , cheese fries and a cookies and cream shake . Yum yum yum! Now I wish one would open in NJ!!

Service is bad you can barely Hear out of the drive through speaker and the workers there are so rude they get mad if you ask for condiments especially the red haired white lady. Food is good but I don't think it's worth going because the people there act like you are a nuisance, do better. Arath yusue thank you for being so rude I hope this lady isn't the manager

Big Double Burger with everything; fries and onion-rings. Cook out style hot dog for dessert.

I walked in because of the name of this establishment, and I'm so happy I did. Cook out has mix and match menu of tasty options. My order is as big double burger with fries and onion rings; and got cook out style hot dog. The burger was so delicious, the bun was soft and the burger tasted like it came from the cook-out grill. Fries and onion-rings were tasty with cook-out sauce added to the goodness. Service was excellent Austin working front counter was awesome because I had some first timer questions. Cook out is counter service place with booth seating. Cook out is worth your time and effort. ***this place is Flight Attendant approved***

3.5 rounded up because I mean...it's CookOut! Obviously from the outside, you can probably tell what you're going to get into. Need a quick meal? CookOut. Want variety? CookOut. Want a bomb shake? CookOut. Their milkshakes are an absolutely fav across the milkshake universe & even better is that you can get them mixed! Taking it another step, it's even good after leaving it in the freezer for a short time. Though quick and cheap, CookOut does have some good items if you're looking for something late at night or just quick in general.

    RAW "Well Done" Burger

I specifically asked them for a WELL DONE burger because i KNOW how they quickly make burgers. SMH RAW BURGER smh check your burgers before you eat it. I was unfortunate enough to be half way in my burger smh. This is the second time i have received a raw burger smh oreo milkshake was icey smh i asked for cajun and got regular fries. YES fast service is great but COOK YOUR MEAT PROPERLY thats a whole health violation smh

I looked up good burgers and Haven came up as an option. We always love a dive-y bar with good food, so decided to try it. We get there and the front door has a sign that says smoking entrance and that the nonsmoking entrance is in the back. We go around back as I don't smoke due to my Dad and Granddad dying from cancer due to smoking. We entered the back door and there are two bathroom doors and a third door saying smoking entrance. The non-smoking section is a small hallway next to the bathrooms. I guess that is their way of mocking non-smokers. We walked back around and used the main entrance. Basically, from the moment we entered we were clearly not welcome. It was a Sunday night, but they were open for 90 more minutes. We asked what was on tap, ordered, and we were given bottled beer. I guess the taps don't work. We didn't ask. The bartender then stayed as far from us as possible chain-smoking with some regulars. Maybe the kitchen closes early on Sunday. Anyway it was clear we were not getting any food there and left.

My Friend chose Jagerschnitzel. A German dish consisting of hand-flattened, fried pork loin, topped with onion and mushroom gravy. It was served with kraut, warm potato salad and green beans. She seemed pleased with her choice. Park Lane gives a welcoming vibe that makes me think of the old TV show Cheers. The kind of place that makes you feel like everyone knows your name. Our server was Nathan and he was friendly and accommodating!! I like the amount of happy hour options compared to some other restaurants with just a few. We got burger sliders with fries, calamari, poke nachos, and chicken lettuce wraps. The calamari was ok but it was some very tough ones to chew and the portion was small. The tartar sauce that came with it was good and a little spicy. The poke nachos were decent, but I'm not a raw girly to often, so I'd definitely ask if it could be seared. I put it in the air fryer at home, and it was pretty good. My daughter enjoyed it!! The lettuce wraps were just ok, the chicken was kinda rubbery and chewy. The wonton shell was delicious though and the sauce was good. My sliders were supposed to be all the way with lettuce, tomato, onions, and secret sauce. But when they came to the table they were plain with no sauce. I started to eat and about 5 minutes later the food runner brought my correct order. They said they gave me the table next to ours food. So the waiter came back to take it back, and I asked if they'd throw it away? He said yes! Which kinda bothered me. I asked since it was going in the garbage and it wasn't my mistake, could I keep it. He said the manager wouldn't allow it. With inflation why would the manager rather trash perfectly good food? It makes me nervous when restaurants take food back. If it's sat down on a table it shouldn't be returned, just take the loss, because how do I know your not going to replace it and serve it to someone else. I'm not a fan of that!! I'm not accusing them of doing that, but that's the thoughts that run through my mind in situations like that. The table was spacious at the booths and it was clean inside. There's street and garage parking. We went on a good day when it wasn't a wait for a table. The hostess was very nice. She was cheerful and engaging! I'd go back to try other happy hour dishes. Check them out!!

I like how in the dining area, they put covers over the overhead lights so it isn't super bright. AND THE DRINKS ARE SOOOOOOO GOOD. First time we went, we overheard the waitress say she didn't want to serve us, she was exhausted. Rightfully so, she was the only server. We held nothing against the server, we were peeved with the owner. The woman with the light hair. Took what felt like forever to even get drinks. They were also out of a lot of food... which isn't necessarily a bad thing... but the items I wanted were no longer available so I just ordered the fried green tomatoes. They were fine, they just needed more sauce and a bit more seasoning in the breading! The poor server was just miserable while we were there, and the owner was just kinda walking around telling everyone what needed to be done, not quite helping, more so micro managing. We ended up tipping the poor girl $35. I hope she got to keep it all. Fast forward to this week. We tried it out again. It was a bit warm. We had been Instructed that they had family visiting and if it got too loud to let her know. The noise wasn't the issue at all. When we sat down we saw that it was 76° inside! We wanted to eat though, so we tried to tough it out. There was only one waiter and then another girl helping him serve the food. Again, and I don't know how it happened again, the boy had said to the lady he didn't want to serve us, there was too much going on. She had told him he was going to serve us, strike 1. We ordered all of our food at once to make the poor kid's life a bit easier. We didn't get drinks until about 20 minutes after sitting down. (The pineapple drink bangs btw). And we were literally sitting there DRIPPING sweat. Even the owner had beads of sweat alllll over her face. We ended up asking for our order to go. And my husband ordered his sandwich without Cole slaw. We said that literally a COUPLE of minutes after we ordered. The food magically appeared, and they had US package it all up. And my husband couldn't even tell the owner that he asked for no Cole slaw, but she kept talking over him. And she ended up being the "polite" kind of rude after we asked for our food to go. We weren't angry, we were just hot. But looking back on the bigger picture, it definitely angry. Especially for the young people they have serving. The poor server was so stressed so again, I do not blame the servers. We tipped that bot $25 and again, I hope he gets it ALL. I 100% put the blame on the owners. This place should be a food truck... not a restaurant. The bad reviews didn't make sense to me.... Until they did.
