This Starbucks is located in The Landstown Commons. Theres plenty of parking out front, and they have a few other parking lots to choose from. The store was clean, the staff was nice. I ordered the caprese sandwich. It had tomatoes on it that tasted sour, I normally like this sandwich. But it left a weird taste in my mouth. My kids liked their drinks though. Drive across the road to the other Starbucks, because you'll be waiting a lifetime at this one. Service is laughably slow. If you're hitting the drive thru to save time, it'll take less time to drive elsewhere and get out your car/order inside. Wanted coffee before the road trip back to Georgia. We decided on Starbucks and came to this location because of their drive thru. My brother and I are super nosey so we decided on going inside even though we wanted to utilize the drive thru. I can say, there are PLENTY of easily accessible parking spots versus the one across the street. I haven't been inside a Starbucks this huge, ever. It was literally like The Tardis, it was bigger on the inside. There are so many places to sit, both inside and outside. They even have a meeting room! I mean, what?! They also have outlets below a lot of seats so you can charge laptops/phones when seating resumes again. Staff was super nice, patient, and fast, even at 640 in the morning. They actually had peppermint syrup in the store, and we had no issues this morning. This might be my new favorite store to swing by when we come home to visit family. read more

This Starbucks is either a hit or a miss. It's convenient and very close to home. I would say out of the many times I have visited this location, I have probably had maybe a handful of friendly encounters. I use mobile order so I don't have to tell them my crazy order at the window, I mean I'm pretty sure they have crazier orders but I'd like to think mobile ordering is easier for them and less room for error. This most recent encounter was not the best as they handed the customer their drinks without paying for them in the drive thru. As the customer is pulling away and I am moving forward, the barista tells the car who is already nearly pulled away that they needed to pay. The barista is yelling at me to move backwards but doesn't realize how close the car behind me is. This is a Friday morning and I cannot physically back up unless the car behind me does. We eventually find some wiggle room and the car is able to pay for their drinks. I went up to the window and the barista handed me my drinks and closed the window. I was expecting some sort of apology for the rude behavior but I did not get one. The only bright side is that the drink was a hit but the visit was a miss. read more

This is a VERY nice and spacious Starbucks with a drive-through basically across the street from another. I wasn't expecting much bc this is a small shopping center at the corner of a busy intersection, across from a large shopping center on the corner of a busy intersection (Landstown Commons is across the street) but I was big time impressed. Lots of comfy leather seating with small tables inside and a full on conference room enclosed in a glass area was waiting with some beautiful, floral artwork on the walls. There is a drive-through and there is also a fair amount of outdoor patio seating. It's much larger than expected and staff inside were friendly and efficient with the drinks. Not a ton of merchandise for sale when I stopped in but that wasn't the point of my visit anyway. This is going to be my go-to place for meeting someone for coffee or if I have a reason to visit a Starbucks and kill some time. This will be the place with ample tables and comfy leather seats and patio AND drive-through?! Say no more. read more

When this Starbucks first opened, I was really excited because there is not a drive-thru Starbucks on this side of town. This establishment did have a little bit of a learning curve when they first opened. Initially they were on their game with customer service. Then all of a sudden customer service and the accurately of the orders went down hill during the summer of 2021. I think they have found a good spot now with quality and customer service because I have not had any issues within the last 6 months. The service is fast, my orders are made correctly most of the time and customer service is always great. read more

Paid over $6 for an "Oatmilk shaken espresso with light ice" and had the barista make sure it was light ice. This is what I got. The starbucks at holland road only charged me $4.95 YESTERDAY for the same thing but gave me way more to drink. For $6, I should've just made my own coffee since that's enough to cover an entire container of Planet Oat oat milk. Step it up, the drive through is the only good thing you guys have. The starbucks in Landstown commons is much better, I would say just stick to going there until this one decides to improve. read more

Made me late for work 30 min in drive thru and no response at window . Very slow.

A lot of people here complain too much about this new location. A majority of these baristas are NEW hires. Be a decent human being and be patient if they get your order wrong. It costs absolutely NOTHING to calmly walk in to ask for your drink to be remade. There is absolutely NO reason why grown adults are throwing fits over one drink. If you don't like this location, simply go to another one. No need to act like a child in the store complaining, while making a whole scene. Anyway. I've seen how these employees work. They truly work hard to ensure everyone's drink is made well, and should they mess up, they have no problem remaking it. As for the attitude/customer service...They're really sweet and polite. I will say this... In general, if the customers give employees attitude, then don't be surprised if the employees give you attitude right back. doesn't matter what store you're in. The customer ISNT always right. They're human beings just like you. It's just all about mutual respect. if you give them attitude, expect it right back. Overall, the new location looks really neat and clean, and the fact they have a drive thru is just as amazing! Please be patient as a majority of the staff ia new. read more

I'm not one for giving bad reviews, but this mornings experience warrants one. When ordering our coffees, the male barista was extremely rude and not the warm greeting we are used to from a Starbucks. After driving up to the window, I was handed my Venti order of iced coffee in a tall cup. I ordered it with oat-milk and a splash of cream. What I received was a tall coffee with a splash of cream and a splash of milk. When questioning the size, the barista responded "I am not sure". She then proceeded to tell me they would fix it. The cup that was then handed to me was a GRANDE (still not the Venti I paid for), and it had very visibly curdled cream in it. When showing it to the barista, I received another "I am not sure" response, no notion to do anything about it, or apologizing. I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks until today. I would give it one star but its a nice new big Starbucks. When my son went inside to order a frap he specifically said One pump Frap roast coffee, the barista repeated the order back to him and it was right. After getting it home (yes I should have tasted it while I was there) I had way to much coffee in it. Learned from my mistake and the next time I did the mobile order. Picked it up it tasted right. Well once again after getting home and after a few sips tasted too much coffee. Brought it back to store to complain and got an attitude from barista when I ask for money to be put back on Starbucks card. I just got a Frappuccino and a breakfast sandwich and it's great as always. Jess helped me at the window and was one of the nicest people I've had help me ever. She talked to me about the whole time I waited for my sandwich which wasn't very long but it was super nice and a great way to start my morning. I was done with this place months ago, but my husband was still using this location because it's close and has a drive through. Until the other day....Husband ordered his drink with just a little ice, so the ice wouldn't melt and dilute the drink. When he got his drink, the cup was only half full. He asked where the rest of it was, and was told that filling the cup halfway when a drink is ordered with no or very little ice was company policy. So-I guess that means that if you don't want a watery, tasteless drink, you have to settle for getting half of what you paid for. I've never heard such foolishness-if you order a soda in a restaurant without ice, you still get a full glass of soda-just with less ice, and the charge is the same. Every other Starbucks we have gone to gives us a normal sized drink, whether there's ice in it or not. I have no idea why this one seems to just make up their own rules. read more
