Either someone had a plastic blender that is messed up and it's going into the drinks. Not sure if this is location specific or inflation. 1. Ordered a Santa Fe Quesadilla and was only given chicken and cheese. 2. This tortilla is smaller than this company used to serve between 1-2 years ago. 3. There was practically no salsa in the container. This is part of the reason I'm not eating at restaurants anymore. So I've been to this location with usually no problems today I go in with a receipt from the survey to get my smoothie with food for $1.99 They go in the back and come back and tell me they can't honor my receipt because it was from Toledo Ohio. Mind you I travel over the road and have used their receipt in Chicago so I'm not sure what the problem was. All tropical smoothie stores should change their recipe. Very bland and doesnt taste much of fruits. They literally put so little fruits and tons of ice. Almost 6$ for it. Maybe they can learn from Jamba juice and booster juice. They sell smoothies as well. read more

This little guy hasn't been open for long, but man, it's making a big impression. It's pretty far out of my way for your typical stop, but I'll make time to specifically stop by this location because everyone is so insanely nice. Seriously, I haven't met a person who isn't constantly smiling, friendly, and super helpful. The food and drinks are clearly very fresh, well-made, and although it's a little pricey, I feel like I'm paying for what I get. 10/10 I usually go to the other 12 mile location and after a series of unfortunate orders, I give up. This location is amazing! I wish I would have paid attention to the girl's name that helped me today. But she was phenomenal! Excellent experience. Finally actually no sugar in my smoothie. Everything made perfectly and even offered to sub something for the ingredients I removed. Went above and beyond to make everything perfect! This is my new location. I'm 100% ok waking up a little early to come here instead if the closer location down the street! read more

Baja Chicken Salad Barely any dressing was given, a tiny container for a ton of lettuce, I also paid for extra chicken which for sure wasn't added because I ordered another salad with chicken and did not add extra chicken, both salads had equal amounts. Also, no red onions like in the picture. Classic Grilled Cheese Basic, cold, super thin and embarrassing, could make the same one at home for way less, you want a good grilled cheese fast, go to Starbucks, way better in quality, taste, and heft, compared to this place. Super Green Chicken Salad Mediocre, dressing was the only thing that tasted good, meh. Ultimate Club It was simple, no mayo, no mustard, some old leafy greens with browning in the cut regions, but it was overall the best thing they delivered to me aside from the bagged chips. It is what made them get 2 stars. My main concern, I feel that when businesses know they are making an order for delivery, they cut corners, either by leaving out the extra chicken, or flooding your salad bowl with tons of lettuce and barely anything else. Why? Because who wants to call them and complain, or return it, people have already waited for the food to be delivered, so we eat it, and we say to ourselves, I'll never spend a single penny in this place again. Tried this place today with gramma! Expected small breakfast burrito sized health food wraps and received the complete opposite! These are some bad ass chicken wraps!!! Every employee there was smiling and seemed to be in a great mood! I could tell by the other customers that they were regulars and had a strong bond with the workers. Furious after my visit today. After messing up our order (not sure how that happened since it WAS REPEATED BACK TO US IN THE DRIVE THROUGH). Lackluster service member at drive through failed to put ANY of the lids on securely. We tightened 3 of them...Mine of course came off revealing a split cup that promptly hit the ground and managed to cover both my husband and my legs in chai banana smoothie along with the floor of my new van. Absolutely terrible service, especially from the manager, Julia. She needs to be fired because she does not have adequate customer service skills. Julia is an outright liar. I needed a refund because I was not given all of the items that I ordered. When I first contacted this establishment another employee lied to me and told me that I would not be able to receive a refund. Since she could not help me, she gave the phone to Julia, who then proceeded to lie to me again and tell me she could not issue my refund. I ultimately did receive the refund, but only after being lied to multiple times. read more
