TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! FRAUD!! I gave Mark $8500 deposit 3 years ago to install pavers on my driveway, but instead he took my money and ran to Boston, only to return 3 months later to tell me that he did not have my deposit any longer and that i needed to pay the rest out of pocket in order to finish my driveway. But instead using the original paver installer, now he wanted me to use a total stranger name Phillip. He constantly uses excuses to avoid paying back my hard earned money. The last agreement was to landscape my front yard as way of paying portion of his debt back to me. Well the prepaid landscaped front yard section project has been going on since July of 2019. Marks first crew showed up 3 times to go over the plan but without any work getting done. After numerous excuses one after another and numerous delays Mark sent Willie to prep and plant majority of plants in May of 2020, but unable to get Marks crew back to finish the job. It has been one excuse after another for the last 3 months. As result my developing front yard section overgrown with weeds....Terrible, terrible, terrible way to treat others and customers.. read more

Surprised these guys were not reviewed yet as they are excellent. Over the years I have seen them all around here and they are up there for sure. Nice website btw. We had several palm trees and some larger regular trees oaks to trim on my property and they were the cheapest quote - I had 3 other bids I found them on google i am careful with who i have work at my house and know that anyone can pay for advertising but they sold me I was especially impressed with Willy he is a real gentleman and knows his stuff I also called a couple of Tropicals references and got high praise for both tree work and landscaping..I also checked their lic and insured VERY IMPORTANT for tree work. I know I want to plant some annuals maybe create a little butterfly garden in the back I would use these guys for any landscasp work you have or tree work especially. 5 star as good as it gets in Boynton Beach for sure. read more

I am extremely pleased with the work performed by this company. I have 110 very tall sable palms that had large beards. They didn't just cut branches, but instead cleaned and crowned the heads beautifully. The branch debris was quite extensive, and they stacked and organized it into huge pickup piles. They kept those piles tidy as the worked through the volume. All of the small debris was collected and the area was blown clean as well. They also removed a massive segment of a grand ficus tree overhanging a sidewalk. The size and weight of that deadwood segment was significant. All of this was done with out incident or mishap, and all of this was done at a high traffic visitor center while we were open. read more

He provided a bid during the time frame he said I should expect it. He sent an amazing team to do a tree job that could've easily gone south, and taken my roof out with it. Mark delivered on every commitment. My repeat business will be there because of the professionalism and quality the team, led by Felipe, provided. I just wanted to acknowledge Tropical and especially Willy who showed great patience with me in explaining the difference with plants knowing which ones to plant where etc I had him rip out a ficus hedge decimated by whitefly and he put in cherry hedges and wow they look super. They planted 2 sables cleaned pit my beds and put in flowers and replaced about 30ft of sod. They were not the cheapest bid nor most expensive but I certainly am more than satisfied with the whole package price quality of materials labor and Willy in particular is a gem! You should at least call these guys to get a quote on any landscape projects. A+ read more

Everything looks great. All trees are trimmed well and clean up was good. I had Tropical trim and shape all 4 of my trees. Two of the four were massive. So it took some time. Tropical worked in a timely manner but took their time. To make sure everything was done right. Pricing was fair and worth the money. If I had a picture. I had a serious problem with a Cassia tree nearly falling over due to overgrowth and a weak root system! Wyatt and his team arrived and did an amazing job of trimming and root pruning the tree.
