Great place. Had an emergency and called at the last minute. It was busy and they couldn't fit me…read morebut later they had cancellation and called me immediately. The sweetest people on earth! Great quality of care, very helpful and thoughtful through the process. This was almost an emergency as I was in a lot of pain and they came through! Very grateful for them and for the team!

It's been about a year since I had the unfortunate experience of being treated at this office. Let…read moreme preface my review by explaining that I unfortunately had tetracycline as a child which greatly impacted the development of my teeth. This has led me to spend a lot more time in the dentists chair than your average person. I have had extensive amounts of cosmetic work done and take such good care of my teeth that I have not needed any cavities or related work done in a while. Which brings me to my initial visit with Dr Li. The first time we met his office performed the perfunctory routine of X-rays and exams. Imagine my shock when I was informed I was going to need no less than three root canals along with other maintenance. I was shocked to be honest due to my due diligence of oral hygiene. But I trusted his word and set up a schedule of work to be done in the future. I decided to have one of the root canals taken care of right off the bat and that is what was scheduled for my next visit. After arriving and sitting in the chair and having one of my teeth carved away for the root canal I was informed that I didn't need it after all and that it was just a minor cavity. But now I was going to need a crown on that tooth. I was fitted for the crown and while waiting for it a technician entered the chat and asked me to choose what color I wanted for the crown. And there I had to decide, without my glasses, in a not so well lit room to decide what color matched best with my existing teeth. I chose wrong. After getting home and looking closely in the mirror it was clearly not a match. I called the office the next day to register my complaint with the office manager Rachel. Right off the bat, before apologizing or attempting to comfort my displeasure, I was confronted by the fact that I had signed off on it consequently relinquishing them of any responsibility. Naturally my temperature rose as did my anger and voice. Rachel felt uncomfortable with my tone and put me on hold for a few minutes so I could "calm down". When she returned we agreed that I could come in and have the Dr look at it again. When I tried to reschedule however a few weeks later she informed me that she was uncomfortable with my demeanor and didn't feel safe having me as a client anymore and recommended other practices to contact. I asked if Dr Li was still going to take a look at the work I was unhappy with and she agreed on a final visit. When I arrived again, I was taken back into an exam room where Dr Li took a couple of seconds to look at my mouth again before he exclaimed that it "looks seamless". Comical and dismissive and unprofessional to say the least. I warn anyone who is considering visiting this establishment to really consider what you experience on your first visit. Listen to the way he talks to his subordinates and to you as a patient. And if you feel like you are being sold a list of unnecessary work by all means get a second opinion. I will close by adding that the original three root canals I was told I needed were not even mentioned by my new dental care team. Good Luck!
