Do not go here, I went here because I was hearing strange noises from my car and I was worried…read moreabout it. I made and appointment, went in and they did a safety check. They got done with the check and told me my head gasket was blown. We called my hometown mechanic and he called bs on it, if my head gasket had been blown my car would've overheated, had a lot of smoke and coolant in the oil (which they said I had) I took it to another place to get a second opinion they told me there was nothing in my oil I just needed a new air filter. This place acts like people aren't going to get a second opinion, I'm 19 and go to Mansfield, I know I'm not the only one who got taken advantage of here. I got my car checked there about almost a week ago and my car is running perfectly no signs of a blown head gasket. Do not go here trust me.

They said they were delayed because they had to go to Autozone to get an oil filter. Car finally got done. 135+ dollars for a synthetic oil change!!! Holy cow, what kind of oil are they using? 17 plus dollars a quart, I pay 87 dollars at home for an oil change. Not overly impressed.

Got a flat on the turnpike on the way up and needed to replace the spare with new tire--did not want to drive home without a spare. We stopped at three different places in WilkesBarre on the way to the mountains but no one would help us even though we were in need of a quick replacement and change. Rather than waste more time on the way up, we decided to get the tire locally in the LeRoy area. My father in-law suggested Sunfish Tire and Auto because they had previously helped him replace a tractor tire. We stopped in and asked the mechanic if he could help with tire and he found a used one that was in better shape than the current tire on the car. In the time it took us to go to Julie's Diner for breakfast and return, he had the tire mounted and balanced despite having other customers. The only thing better than the service was the price. He really helped us out and I was very grateful for his help and kindness. We realized on the way home that the spare had been poorly balanced because the tire provided by Sunfish was much smoother and the car handled much better-- even at speeds above 80mph. Needless to say, we wish Sunfish was a little closer to home, we would certainly recommend it to anyone in the LeRoy/Canton/Troy area.

And if you are flexible, you may just get a GREAT deal. Once I even took a slightly different size (did the math and it was a less than 3/8" width difference) and bought some EXCELLENT Goodyear Eagles. Yesterday, for my daughters car I wanted something with more traction than they showed me first. I spoke up- and we went back out and picked some really nice GoodYear Vivas. No one was irritated and everyone was pleasant. THAT is worth the trip. And FREE MOUNTING AND BALANCING is a HUGE reason to shop at TireLand USA. My daughter and grand daughter are driving around with a set of solid tires that didn't break the bank. THANKS TireLand USA! OH- And I got there at 9 and was done by 10!

He was all about it. So I drove 20 miles there, showing up at 3:40, only to wait at the unattended front desk for five minutes. Then finally a lady comes out at 3:45 only to say they are closed (also saying they close at 4) and that everything is locked up? So they must have began locking things up around 3:30 Im assuming? I looked at my watch and back at her, even told her my confirmation with the salesman. She didn't seem to care. Seems to be a place not too concerned about keeping business and a reputation. Like who locks up (roughly) a whole half hour before official close? Do they not realize their sales base works as well?

I was blown away by the service at Young's and their devotion to this customer. I got new tires…read morebut was disappointed by the fuel economy. So they replaced them. And then the new ones (highly recommended by Michelin) still weren't as good as the ones that came with the new car. So they replaced them again. This is so far beyond what any other company would do! They will go mile after mile after mile to make sure the customers are pleased. In years of buying cars and tires from all over the country, never have I experienced anything like this. Thank you, thank you!
