We used Twin Cities three times in twenty years.. this is a fanatically honest body shop and owner…read more He will chase scammers and pushy insurance adjusters out to protect your repair claim and make sure you get what your insurer owes you. ~Not too expensive ~ not the cheapest but in a city full of dodgy fly-by-nights they deliver consistent, perfect work, IPI and Glasurit paint line and he doesn't charge you for one paint and deliver you another. The shop is clean and modern, frame machine is top of the line with up-to-date data. Other observations: ~He repaired our door when our Camry got hit and after repairing it to look like the day it was made and meticulously cleaning the car, he spent an hr with a pressure hose just checking the rubber doorseal for even a drop of leaked water prior to pick up. ~We didn't have to take the car to numerous shops to fix AC they have the equip. there. ~"Fanatical" attention to detail isn't the word... these men are true craftsmen who still take pride in their work and a treat to deal with in world full of wacky or shady operators. Last of a dying breed of no-drama dependable private repair shops who still very much take pride.

She went above and beyond with providing me with the information I needed after waiting 5 weeks for a replacement glass window for my car. After 5 weeks Safelite could NOT provide me with an ETA to resolve this issue but Laura at Easy Auto Glass could order one and fix it within 2 days and Safelite would not allow it. After my long wait, the phone # she provided worked perfectly and within 10 minutes the order was transferred to her and my car was fixed it 2 days. I had repairs done a year ago when someone hit me, and he was thorough and did excellent work. This year, during a snowstorm, when a tree hit me (pesky trees jumping out and hitting our cars is a big problem in Central New York), I once again took it back knowing I'd have tremendous work done. I was not disappointed. Even a minor dent I put in the truck loading a hay bale was fixed (without me asking, or being charged) so that the truck looked like new. The cherry on top is the detailing they do to the inside of your vehicle - whether it was related to the damage done or not. It's like you're getting a brand new vehicle when you pull out of there. Mary Lou and the rest of the front counter staff are tremendously friendly, and keep you informed all along the way. This place is the example for how every business should operate with regard to customer service. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They're just that good.
