We recently had one of their representative come out to measure for carpet in four rooms and a staircase. We have already torn out the old carpet and padding and when we were told that there would be a fee for removal, my husband stated that he would not pay for a service that Goshen Floor Mart would not be doing. Goshen Floor Mart is refusing to give us a quote because we were not willing to pay them for removal that has already been done. They have lost a repeat customer and we will be sure to let all of our friends know that Goshen Floor Mart should not be used for any of their remodeling needs. I have never given a review to any business but after spending thousands of dollars with this business to have them treat us this way is unacceptable and I will be sure to spread the word every chance I get. Very unhappy customer!

We had shopped around at a couple of other places. Let me tell you... Yoder Carpets is AWSOME!!! From the first time we walked in the door we were greeted, asked if we were looking for anything specific, guided to the area we were looking for (not just pointed) and the sales associate stayed with us the entire time while we were pondering colors & materials, answered all our questions & guided us to what would best meet our wants. We had color & product picked out in the time we were there. Then Gary came out to measure everything. While he was there, we discovered that the product we picked out would not work. THANK GOD FOR GARY!!!! If we would have went with another person that was also at our house, we would have been stuck with a stalled project while we ran around trying to find a fix. Not Gary, he spotted the potential issue right away & helped us with an alternative plan. Now some real magic - we have a 100+ year old home & here comes Josh who simply worked magic during the install. Having an older home, you are always going to have opportunities, and Josh was able to handle it all from crooked walls to over width floors. He is simply AMAZING!!!! We already have another floor project planned with them and I am looking forward to the results. Not only do you get GREAT customer service on the front end but, pair that with the TERRIFIC installation & on top of everything both projects are right on budget! We will never go anyplace else again for our flooring needs!!!

I went to Yoder Carpet in Elkhart after pricing out carpet at the big stores (Lowe's, Home Depot,…read moreetc). The ladies who work the front area were extremely helpful! After explaining what I needed, they were able to show me several samples in different price range and explain the difference in each. Yoder Carpet then had Gary come out and measure my basement, free of charge. After some back and forth with my wife, we selected our carpet and padding. We needed carpet for a basement of around 800 sq ft. I am delighted to say Yoder Carpet came in way under our budget! We bought quality carpet and padding for about half of what Lowe's would charge. A few weeks later Brandon came and installed our carpet. I cannot say enough about Brandon. He was a man on a mission, staying past 7P on the first night and finishing the next day around 5P. He was on time, polite, and professional. Overall, I cannot recommend Yoder Carpet enough! They have my business!

They couldn't be sure what the spot was from after a month. I was never told there was a time limit if the spot "seeped" back. Of course, since I live in another city there are now no trucks scheduled and they will "call me". I will NEVER use or recommend them again.
