With their late hours and short drive, BB made sense. The place itself is simple and no-frills, just like the menu items. My dining friend had a burger and I opted for the crispy chicken sandwich with a large order of tots to share. The sandwiches were okay- not great not awful. Both required some doctoring up to elevate them lol. The tots, however, were the star of the show- crispy with good flavor. Summed up, you can't go wrong for a decent late night meal at a reasonable price.

I live in Elkton and when come to the VA hospital in Baltimore I general use to stop by, but I have not had to go there in several years and to my surprise they had moved locations. This place still has the same atmosphere and the people are still as friendly and genuine as always. Even the owner will come and chat with you. I waited at the counter for nearly 15min staring at my takeout bag on the back counter before anyone helped me. Thankfully the food made up for the frustrating wait! I ordered the cauliflower and potato burrito (smothered style) with a side of the roasted brussels sprouts. The sprouts were nicely roasted with a balanced tender but not mushy texture and simple salt and pepper seasoning. The burrito was absolutely elevated by the mole sauce, which was one of the best that I've tasted in a while. Rich, evolving, with a slow subtle spice. The burrito filling left a little to be desired--the cauliflower paired well with the potato, but I got barely any beans or salsa. Overall, hard to measure up to its sibling Clavel, but Nana seems to be holding its own as a tasty more casual offshoot that I'd happily revisit.

Two tacos and an order of beans came to about $17 with the included gratuity they add. Needless to say I left and was still hungry. I think Nanas is in a good location to offer great tacos in the county area, and I'd love to frequent more often, but I'm still on the fence about the food.
