The place was nice and clean. Customer service was friendly. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with everything plus hots and an order of cheesesteak egg rolls. The chicken was seasoned perfectly. The chicken in the cheesesteak sub was different than the chicken in the egg rolls. Both flavorful but the texture was different. I appreciated the fact that the sub wasn't messy, easy to handle and the bread though soft kept its hold. I'll be back for a repeat order and to try something different, maybe hotdog or a burger.

My biggest pet pev is when the counter staff knows nothing about the food and can't explain the menu. I always support the local restaurants over the chain restaurants when I travel. I stopped in bully boss burgers to support the local business, and was I disappointed. The burger was good, and so were the onion rings except they were served in a reusable plastic tray without a paper liner - kind of concerning. They are a little pricy, all things considered. The menu is hard to figure out - a lot of choices - it was really unclear what came with a meal or a combo - plus the casher was no help explaining. There is a super limited selection of soda in cans or bottles. The interior was painted black with 3 high-top tables and 6 stools. They have a tv playing loud hip-hop videos, which is fine if the employees speak louder than the music on the videos - not the case - while I ate I watched 4 customers come in and half of their orders were wrong. I mentioned eating at bully boss to the local customer I was visiting, and they laughed. I rarely ever give out less than 3 stars on a review, and I do a lot of reviews. I was going to give bully boss 1 star, but I gave the 2 because the food was good.

The brussel were crispy, with priscuitto, a homemade dijon mustard sauce and gorgonzola cheese. For three of us this was perfect and delicious! The restaurant is beautiful and on the water. One of the things I really love is that you can sit inside but with the garage doors open you feel like you're on the patio. Outdoors there are benches, yard games and mini golf. And while there was live music that was ending for the evening it didn't feel overly loud or overwhelming. My only complaints about this evening were not the fault of the restaurant but we did have a few flies around our table that were annoying. Our bartender was great and very attentative, given it was her first night behind the bar. And the crushes were quite tasty. The menu had a decent amount of seafood items given we were dining on the water. And the star of the night were the nachos. The chips seems to be house fried and the cheese sauce was divine. Now that I've discovered this hidden gem on the water I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit to Charlys Waterfront and an opportunity to relax near the water with a grapefruit crush in hand.

The crazy thing is, she could habe simply explained to me when I ordered that I couldn't get it that way and allowed me the option of adding the additional protein without assuming I either didn't want to or could not afford the meal I requested.
