Fantastic. So knowledgable, kind and professional. Brought my 16 year old daughter to Alicia because she was having back spasms while rowing. Alicia corrected her technique and worked with her with a personally designed program of Pilates stretching and strengthening exercises. Alicia is a miracle worker! I have dealt with upper back pain that had gotten progressively worse over the course of 15 years. As a former professional dancer, this was not only physically exhausting and debilitating, it had me feeling hopeless. I have a severely damaged back and have been through five major and countless minor surgeries. I began working with Alicia over five years ago. When I began, I could not walk more than a block without severe pain and my mobility was practically non-existent.
