As I mentioned in my previous review, I think the only knock on this gym is that there is not…read moreenough cardio equipment but all that being said it's a lifters gym so that makes sense. The place is always clean, weights are always put away, clientele is always for the most part working out, not carrying on with conversations or taking or making their own video production of their workout because they're an influencer, which don't give me wrong they are still here, but they're far a few between the other gyms. They offer ready-made meals, every kind of protein drink that you can come up with along with waters a place to sit and rest so you really can't go wrong with this gym. The owner Dave, his wife and the staff are all really really, really nice people.

I have been a paying member of this gym and have generally enjoyed the facility, but my recent…read moreexperience with one of the night-shift employees was extremely disappointing. I purchased guest passes so I could bring my son to experience the gym. Instead of being welcoming or professional, the employee openly expressed that he did not like my son and stated that he would refuse to sell me guest passes in the future. I found this behavior completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Guest passes are offered by the gym as a service to members, and personal opinions about a member's family should never influence whether that service is provided. The employee's comments made both my son and me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expect staff to treat all members and guests with respect, regardless of personal feelings. Management should address this issue and ensure employees maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers.

Sadly I didn't followed a schedule to work out my body for 4 years giving priority to my job and family. I got definitely scared of my mobility every day getting worst until I felt I couldn't even breath when Tieng my shoes. I randomly was scrolling on Facebook and I saw an add about Allegiate and I contacted them Coddy contacted me back and since then I felt hope. I don't want to feel my body stuck anymore. I signed the 6 Weeks Challenge everything was really smooth. Then Corbin took my Consultation and he committed with me to help me as well as Tony and José they are amazing couches. They are professional and dedicated to their jobs. If I cant preform an exercise they aske me in a scale how painful it is and they help me with another exercise. And how to forget about Sabrina she is a sweetheart and a giver, she is a hugger and always encourages me. Corbin & Tony knowledge is amazing and super helpful. It's not easy but it is worth it and my knee is stronger only in 4 weeks. I dint take pictures of the place because I don't know if they are allow. Sometimes humans take for granted our health and we spend so much money in what it hurts our body. These Gym and Team are a must in your life. I feel I am recovering my energy and mobility. The concerning part is not just the complaints themselves, but the pattern. Different reviewers…read morecontinue describing the exact same issues: poor management responsiveness, lack of accountability, declining class quality and availability, instructor turnover, cancellations with poor communication, clique-like behavior in certain classes, and an overall dismissive customer service culture. When the same concerns appear repeatedly over a long period of time without meaningful improvement, it reflects a leadership problem. For a premium-priced membership, members should not have to deal with frequent class cancellations, instructors abruptly quitting, or reduced schedules. Multiple instructors leaving is also a significant indicator of internal dissatisfaction. High turnover rarely happens in healthy, well-supported environments. Members are paying not only for equipment access, but for consistency, professionalism, and reliable programming. Another major concern repeatedly mentioned is the atmosphere surrounding the Zumba classes. A public gym should never feel socially exclusive or intimidating. Reviews consistently describe clique behavior, territorial attitudes over spots, rude conduct, excessive noise, and instructors allegedly siding with regular groups instead of maintaining professionalism and inclusivity. That is not the type of culture a fitness business should normalize. Operationally, there also appears to be a lack of attention to member experience: canceled classes communicated only through website updates instead of direct notifications, unresolved concerns despite suggestion boxes and reviews, overcrowding issues, members occupying equipment while on phones, and complaints about cleanliness and room conditions between classes. The most disappointing aspect is that these do not appear to be new concerns. They have allegedly been ongoing for months, yet review after review suggests management remains defensive or disengaged rather than solution-oriented. Long-term customer retention cannot thrive under those conditions. People may initially join because the concept of a women's gym is appealing, but retention depends on members feeling respected, heard, welcomed, and valued consistently. Until ownership demonstrates a genuine willingness to address these recurring concerns in a meaningful and proactive way, I cannot support this business and would advise potential members to thoroughly research current experiences before committing financially.
