I seriously loved it so much! Sam knows a variety of different movement and healing modalities, and somehow she blends them all together in a way that just works. Every class I've experienced with her feels different and interesting. She's also just a really fun, down-to-earth person who makes everyone feel welcome. She's real, approachable, and has such great energy. Sam's belly dance and pilates classes are SO much fun! They're high energy, great exercise, and you leave feeling happy. You don't have to know what you are doing at all--she is super beginner friendly but also offers challenges to people with more experience. If you're looking for something that's different from your typical fitness class, I can't recommend Samantha enough. She brings so much knowledge and heart into everything she teaches. The somatic class was amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect at all when I signed up. I just knew I was going. I have done somatic work with therapists and such in the past, so I'm not a newbie to the concepts but I had never attended a "Somatics Movement" class before. We danced, shook our bodies like animals, did primal screams (which was an awesome release!), learned ways to calm our nervous systems and regulate the vagus nerve, and so so much more, then ended with a beautiful guided meditation and sound bath. The room itself felt incredibly cozy with soft lighting, candles, pillows, and essential oils. All these little touches made it feel really special. I highly recommend this class and any that Sam teaches.

The place is always clean, weights are always put away, clientele is always for the most part working out, not carrying on with conversations or taking or making their own video production of their workout because they're an influencer, which don't give me wrong they are still here, but they're far a few between the other gyms. They offer ready-made meals, every kind of protein drink that you can come up with along with waters a place to sit and rest so you really can't go wrong with this gym. I purchased guest passes so I could bring my son to experience the gym. Instead of being welcoming or professional, the employee openly expressed that he did not like my son and stated that he would refuse to sell me guest passes in the future. I found this behavior completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Guest passes are offered by the gym as a service to members, and personal opinions about a member's family should never influence whether that service is provided. The employee's comments made both my son and me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expect staff to treat all members and guests with respect, regardless of personal feelings. Management should address this issue and ensure employees maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers.

Sadly I didn't followed a schedule to work out my body for 4 years giving priority to my job and family. I randomly was scrolling on Facebook and I saw an add about Allegiate and I contacted them Coddy contacted me back and since then I felt hope. I don't want to feel my body stuck anymore. I signed the 6 Weeks Challenge everything was really smooth. Then Corbin took my Consultation and he committed with me to help me as well as Tony and José they are amazing couches. They are professional and dedicated to their jobs. If I cant preform an exercise they aske me in a scale how painful it is and they help me with another exercise. And how to forget about Sabrina she is a sweetheart and a giver, she is a hugger and always encourages me. Corbin & Tony knowledge is amazing and super helpful. It's not easy but it is worth it and my knee is stronger only in 4 weeks. I dint take pictures of the place because I don't know if they are allow. Sometimes humans take for granted our health and we spend so much money in what it hurts our body. These Gym and Team are a must in your life. I feel I am recovering my energy and mobility. Different reviewers…read morecontinue describing the exact same issues: poor management responsiveness, lack of accountability, declining class quality and availability, instructor turnover, cancellations with poor communication, clique-like behavior in certain classes, and an overall dismissive customer service culture. When the same concerns appear repeatedly over a long period of time without meaningful improvement, it reflects a leadership problem. For a premium-priced membership, members should not have to deal with frequent class cancellations, instructors abruptly quitting, or reduced schedules. Multiple instructors leaving is also a significant indicator of internal dissatisfaction. High turnover rarely happens in healthy, well-supported environments. Members are paying not only for equipment access, but for consistency, professionalism, and reliable programming. Another major concern repeatedly mentioned is the atmosphere surrounding the Zumba classes. A public gym should never feel socially exclusive or intimidating. Reviews consistently describe clique behavior, territorial attitudes over spots, rude conduct, excessive noise, and instructors allegedly siding with regular groups instead of maintaining professionalism and inclusivity. That is not the type of culture a fitness business should normalize. Operationally, there also appears to be a lack of attention to member experience: canceled classes communicated only through website updates instead of direct notifications, unresolved concerns despite suggestion boxes and reviews, overcrowding issues, members occupying equipment while on phones, and complaints about cleanliness and room conditions between classes. The most disappointing aspect is that these do not appear to be new concerns. They have allegedly been ongoing for months, yet review after review suggests management remains defensive or disengaged rather than solution-oriented. Long-term customer retention cannot thrive under those conditions. People may initially join because the concept of a women's gym is appealing, but retention depends on members feeling respected, heard, welcomed, and valued consistently. Until ownership demonstrates a genuine willingness to address these recurring concerns in a meaningful and proactive way, I cannot support this business and would advise potential members to thoroughly research current experiences before committing financially.

A few improvements I would like to see at the gym are brighter lighting and opportunities to interact with other members hosted events that are not just about recruiting new members but also to inform women about the benefits of weightlifting, nutrition other trends which I believe would be well received.

Hello 24 Hour Support team,…read more I am reaching out hopefully to get updates on the Hermosa Beach, CA club lease status. If not, I would appreciate that be directed to the appropriate team to answer my club status concern. There were discussions about closing the club due to the inability to extend the current rental lease at this location. A few concerns: the equipment is old, and the staff confirmed that maintenance is not available. Additionally, management will not add group X classes. These are proven that the club could be closing in the near future. Could you confirm the club is scheduled to close soon and what will be the plan to relocate members as the Manhattan Beach and the North Torrance clubs are closed? I look forward to hearing back from you. Lily

Let's start off with the supposedly free parking validation. Metropolis parking runs this system,…read moreit's supposed to read your license plate and you get two hours free validation from 24 fitness. Please check your credit card statement. I have been charged every single time all year for going to the gym at least $4.99 despite the supposedly free validation. I stay less than two hours every time I have been charged every single time despite the app telling me that it's free. Calling customer service takes forever and they want you to call every time you leave the gym to verify. So now they supposedly cheap membership to this gym has a basic five dollar fee every time you have to go on top of the monthly fee. The second thing about this, Jim is that the machines are in terrible repair. The padding on almost all the machines is ripped and torn, and they never seem to repair it. Check out the leg extension and hamstring machines, ripped padding. The bathrooms are in a sorry state, and smell of old urine, with dirty sinks, dirty tiles, and flickering lights in the men's room. The pool area has a strong smell of chlorine, but the floors are quite dirty and it in general it does not smell clean. The free weight Room is still lacking in 10 pound plates and 5 pound plates and the area is not well maintained with trash on the floor and dirt and dust. Overall, the worst part of it is the parking situation with the sneaky charging of $4.99 to your credit card every time you go despite validation
