Dr.Elhady is one the best Orthodontists in Northern Virginia! He is genuine, kind and extremely generous with his time but most importantly he is always up to date with the latest advancements in orthodontics. His staff is amazingly helpful and the office atmosphere is very relaxing, not to mention the gorgeous office decor which is always a plus! The office runs very smoothly and I have NEVER had to wait more than 10 minutes to see the Dr.E. If there is one thing I appreciate most it is the respect a practice has for their patients' time. Dr. Elhady was my orthodontist when I was younger, and now he is my son & daughter's orthodontist, too. My kids and I truly enjoy seeing him because he and his office staff make our appointments such pleasant experiences. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff is friendly, kind, & helpful. The waiting room is comfortable & clean, but I usually don't have spend much time there because Dr. Elhady runs on time. He does an excellent job explaining to the kids and also the parents what the dental issues are and what treatment he proposes. His bedside manner is impeccable! I also like how he uses a positive reward system to encourage the kids to take good care of their teeth and orthodontic appliances. The kids actually look forward to their appointments with him! Additionally, I'm pleased to see how frequently Elhady Orthodontics sponsors local children's teams and non-profit organizations. I went to Trü to get Invisalign. I had wanted Invisalign for so long and had explored the option several times. At trü from my initial consultation it was a great experience which is why I decided to do it with them. My husband went with me and we were so happy with the service they offered that he also ended up doing a consultation and doing the Invisalign process with me. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming which Is nice since I usually get nervous going to the dentist. My daughter has been going to Tru Orthodontics in Fairfax for a couple of years now and I would highly recommend them! The whole process was very easy and everyone was friendly and professional. She had an expander put on where she turned a key at night and would then return to the office periodically to check in until the desired effects were achieved.
