I used a sharp utility knife, and cutout a 2x2 inch piece to allow them to match. I also had them match some exterior paint. I brought all my samples to the store, and they made each color which allowed me to simply patch and paint without doing the whole room! I dropped off my samples, and picked them up the next day. This gave me time to spackle, sand + prime, so when the paint was ready it was a quick job. It was great to avoid repainting everything. The finished job looks great, and you would never know it was recently touched up.. I found the people at the desk to be professional and on task.

I called ahead to place a paint order and let them know I'd be driving down from Palm Springs -- a 30-minute trip each way -- to pick it up later that day. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have the paint base in stock and that someone was supposed to have called me before I made the drive. No one did. Over an hour of my day, wasted. They offered to have the paint delivered to the Cathedral City store, which I appreciated, and said it would take about a week. About a week to two weeks later, I called Cathedral City -- they had no record of my order and were frankly unhelpful about it. I then called Palm Desert, and sure enough, the paint had been delivered there the whole time. Once again, no one had called me. I asked again to have the paint transferred to Cathedral City to avoid yet another long drive. The person I spoke with was unhelpful and kept explaining that he only works a few times a month (or year) and would had to bother his manager on their day off. That's not my problem as a customer. At every step of this process, the ball was dropped -- no follow-through, no communication, no ownership of the mistakes. I'd strongly recommend using a different location if you have one available to you.

About a month or so ago I was sent to this business by chance while at another paint store looking for polyurethane epoxy for my garage floor. When I got to the business Brittany who works there was nothing but helpful. She answered 101 questions I had. I did my epoxy floor Thanksgiving weekend and it came out great, not perfect but I am totally happy with it. Fast forward to today I had some product to return since I didn't use it all. I met Willie who was working. He took my return and gave me a refund with no issues. While I was there I decided to buy paint to paint my garage walls. Willie recommended a paint with primer and had it all ready in 15 minutes. All in all my entire garage DIY project came out great and I could not have done with without Painters Warehouse.
