He went out to my car with me where I had the water feature in my trunk, took the time to match up the fittings, cut a custom piece of hose, and had my fountain working again for only $13.40. This is exactly the kind of knowledgeable, friendly service that's becoming harder to find. It's reminiscent of the old Mom and pop shops that have gotten lost in corporate America. This person needs to work on customer service and being polite. The part was misting nozzles five for $16.99 and as you could see in the picture, Amazon has it for under eight dollars for a pack of 20. you would think when you're paying so much more that when you go into a store, you would get the best service with somebody with a polite attitude.

There were about four employees in there and they were moving stuff inside the store from out in front and , I never got any type of acknowledgment. I was able to get the tool I needed for work, but I left with a very unpleasant feeling and to this day I don't go to that location because of how I was treated.

He recognized that I'm this tiny little…read more5 foot tall 82 pound woman who was probably going to need help with the stuff I was trying to pick up. Not only did he help me get it all loaded up he enlisted another employee to help and they got it done fast. Once we were outside, I realized I purchased the wrong size cinderblocks so they sent me back inside to make the exchange. While I did that Pedro loaded up the proper cinderblocks onto the cart for me, and then met me outside in the voting and unloading lanes where my truck was parked. He helped me load those into my truck as well! Before this, I was being helped by one of your other customers. I thought it was very smart of Pedro to realize that another customer was helping me and that he should step in and get the job done, which he did! That is management material, right there!
