When he saw us trying to order an Uber he volunteered to give us a ride into Gresham so we could catch the Max train. During the repair process it became clear that we were the customer and not the insurance company. Having once worked in the collision industry I can attest that is usually not the case. Most shops are more interested in their relationship with the insurance company. When we picked up the car it looked like new again and we were extremely pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop and if I have the need I would definitely use them again.

As this was my first accident I was worried about how well my car would be repaired so I called my Chevy dealership to see who they recommended. They sent me to Superior Autobody. From the first call they were fantastic, had me come right in and Greg did the estimate while I waited. As soon as I got approval they got my car in the next day and let me know it would be about a week. 1 week later my car was done and it looks like it did the day I bought it, you could never tell it had work done.
