There is a chubby male with a beard that's probably the worst employee. There is a light skinned female with tattoos who is the best employee and ultimately took care of me promptly. This location at least needs an office manager to make sure the employees keep things running in some sort of order.

I went to urgent care for a downstairs issue, wasn't given any diagnosis, was told to wait to 2 weeks take ibuprofen 3x a day and follow up with my PCP. I go see Badyal, she only looked in my general direction twice. TWICE. Once when she walked in the room, and the second to look at a photo on my phone of what I was explaining. She typed whatever on her laptop and never examined me. She said "monitor for 2 weeks and I'm sending you for labs." ‍‍ what? I debated for 5 minutes with myself if I should even do the labs before I sucked it up and did it. I got a call on Monday afternoon with someone looking to schedule an appointment to go over said lab results. I said I was available now and they said "okay well put your name down" and hung up... I then get another phone call an hour later only to tell me what was wrong with my labs. No treatment plan, no diagnosis that could've caused anything. Nothing. The lady that told me the results only told me what was wrong. Never went over the rest of the labs. They took 5 vials of blood and a urine sample and never told me what for. Not to mention my downstairs issue was never even examined or addressed by Badyal. I've had multiple issues with their dentistry as well. Saw Brandon Smith, that frog lookin mf announced my issues loud enough for other patients to hear. The nurse in there thought I was stupid because I didn't finish filling out the paperwork before being called back. Then criticized me for it, and asked if I normally have someone help me with filling out paperwork... like wtf?! As it was, we were enjoying our sneaky deserts when I thought it would be funny to eat my Banana Royal goofily to make her laugh. So, I began making bites like a camel, she starts laughing and then I bit the heck out of my my bottom lip (Mom later called it, Karma). Cut to ten days later - The bite becomes a ball about the size of a $.25 gum ball. I rinse with it all, even put a cold sore medicine on and poked a needle to drain myself but nothing helped so I needed the pros. Since it was close to where I was at the time, I went to UrgencyMed on Bullard and Fresno. When I pulled up I noticed there weren't a lot of cars, which was awesome. However, something didn't feel right about the place. I think it was seeing a nurse (someone in scrubs) outside enjoying a vape and the building lease signs. But damnit, the lip bump had me there. So, I pulled up and parked, was about to get out but I had to check them out on Yelp. The reviews were not good at all, so I took my Flip lip to old faithful; Everyday Health Care. Everyday Heath Care has helped me in many situations (we even had our second child there). When I pulled up, cars were lined up along side and I was like "f***!" But when I pulled into parking lot, there were only a few cars and only one other patient inside. So, don't let the cars parked around make you think they're all inside (Wait, do think that so when I have to go again, I'll have an easy time). It had been over a year since I was there last so I had to fill out a 'new patient form' but that should be expected. I sat out in waiting room and actually brought a book to read (I always expect the worst, hence why it took me ten days to go). Between the waiting in the front and in my actual patient room, I only had time to read a few pages and it was a Berenstein Bears book so I should have be able to flip them pages. Dr. Wilson was my savior. Like I said, I thought the worst, so when he checked my lip boulder out and called it "awesome", I knew I was about to be ok. I'll save the story about what he and his assistant had to do to get rid of the Mucous Cyst, but you know it was good when he thanked me for letting him experience this. In the end, I'm at home, spitting in a cup and watching JRE online. He saved me and took my stress away. Tomorrow, school starts so a new stress begins. I came in for my annual blood work for work, and the entire experience was quick, smooth, and professional. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment online about five hours in advance, which I thought was perfectly reasonable. The website was easy to navigate, and my employer's billing information was accepted without any issues. When I arrived, I checked in at the kiosk inside the office. Unlike some other lab companies, I wasn't able to check in from my phone, but the kiosk was quick and easy to use. It gave me the option of waiting in the lobby or sitting in my car while they texted me when they were ready. I chose to wait in my car, and less than two minutes later I received a text saying they were ready for me. When I walked back inside, the phlebotomist was already waiting and took me straight back to the draw room. She confirmed my identity using multiple patient identifiers, which I always appreciate from a patient safety standpoint. She was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at her job. The blood draw itself was painless. She accessed my right antecubital vein on the first attempt without any issues. The bleeding stopped quickly afterward, and I didn't have any bruising the next day. The facility itself was clean, well organized, and comfortably climate controlled. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and courteous. From the time I parked my car until the time I drove away, I was there for less than 10 minutes. That included checking in, waiting briefly in my car, having my blood drawn, and leaving. That's about as efficient as you can ask for. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to this Quest location for future lab work.
