Same company was out last year for a complete duct cleaning, plenum cleaning. I was told "We normally don't clean those A/C drains, its not part of the package". Of course they don't tell you "your drain needs to be replaced', so they can come back out and gouge you some more. I was also told "Yes, we're trying to get the whole price stated right up front so this doesn't happen. I won't have them back and I think their business practices suck.

Whitney replaced the wrong outlets and forgot to pull permit for the water heater, causing me to fail re-inspection and incur fines. Once it became clear that I was asking them to fix a job they had already received money for, they became difficult to reach, repeatedly dropping my calls and not returning my messages for days. They refused to compensate me for the city's fine, refused to re-do the electrical work without charging again, and charged me again to pull the permit. They're never getting another cent of my business.
