I had a baked good and it was only alright, I would skip it. The atmosphere is hit or miss, sometimes the artwork they have on display is nice but sometimes it is kind of freaky. It also is typically pretty hot and a little smelly with sticky tables. The staff could not be nicer though, they are very knowledgeable about the menu and are happy to help if you have questions and get your coffee ready quickly.

A few minutes later, I actually got a call from an employee (I believe his name was Matt) just to confirm what I wrote. The fact that they called to check to make sure everything was to my liking was so incredibly kind. He was upbeat and friendly and made sure everything came out perfect. The service here is always VERY VERY FAST , the staff is great, and the food never disappoints. Definitely one of the best spots in Chelmsford. Sidenote, if you are a heat lover, their hot sauce is to die for.
