This company has poor organizational skills. When I called he had no way of taking down information, asked me to text, then lost the text. At that time I was over it. However, I gave him another chance. When he showed up, he couldn't back up into the space that all the firewood providers accomplished in the past. I had ordered a cord of mixed almond and walnut wood. On the day of delivery it turned out that the company didn't have one of the woods seasoned (can't remember which one). Anyway, he substituted with eucalyptus, which is normally more expensive but he still only charged me the price we had agreed on. I appreciate that he was honest in telling me that the wood wasn't seasoned and not just selling it to me, knowing it wouldn't burn well and also that he didn't charge me extra at the last minute. He delivered it on time and right where I wanted him to dump it. I stacked it all up and it is a nice full cord. There are lots of nice big heavy pieces in the cord and not just a bunch of sticks, dirt, trash and bark which is what I got from another company who I had ordered from last time. After delivering and stacking the wood found out it's less than 2 full cords. We have a new firewood guy, we have always bought olive wood which is getting very hard to find. We called several firewood dealers and couldn't find any.
