I used the services of true Elegance Limousine to take me from San Francisco to to vineyards in Napa Valley the Mercedes limousine van that was provided by the company was absolutely stunning beautiful interior with great Lighting and Sound System easy to use with my phone for Netflix and Pandora the driver was dressed in suit and tie with shiny black shoes cold drinks were offered by the chauffeur upon entry and when we we entered the vehicle and after our tour of Alpha Omega Winery. highly recommend this company and it tours they know Napa very well read more

Horrid. We spent $6,000 for three days of shuttles for our wedding weekend. Starting from the first day they were horrible. Drivers were consistently late, drivers didn't know the area, poor communication, shuttles too large for certain roads (that every other professional company scouts out beforehand or knows the area!), etc. In fact, several times our out of town guests were pulling out their phones to give directions to their drivers. The very worst was the day of our wedding we had to delay the ceremony thirty minutes because several of the shuttles failed to pick up several guests at a few of the hotel stops. The owner had the audacity to argue with me about their issues instead of taking accountability and fixing the situation. We had guests and wedding planner staff using their personal vehicles to retrieve our other guests the shuttles skipped. Then lastly, not surprisingly, they immediately processed full payment. Unprofessional, disorganized and clearly unreliable. Don't dare think of using these ignorant novices. read more

Ray was the best driver you could want for a winery trip. He's got this really awesome accent and is just very sweet and helpful. He was always right at the door and was very attentive always thinking a step ahead. The limousine was clean and stocked with clean champagne glasses. And price was great. If the guy on the phone has a smart mouth, how will the rest of the company be? If I don't get a confirmation email until the very last possible moment, how secure about my trip and I going to feel? Rude reservations clerk. I reserved my trip to the airport weeks in advance. But the day before my flight I still had not had confirmation of my car. This is bad business. Customers need to feel confident of having a ride. A person who sounded like an obnoxious 12 year old boy answered the phone and told me that there was no reservation under my name. It was like this: I gave him "Kathy Lee Smith," where the reservation is under "Katherine Lee Smith." He claimed to be unable to locate it. When I was less than pleased, he got belligerent, suggesting it was my mistake to quote the shorter name. He hinted he'd found it but that I'd made it so hard for him. No confirmation of my ride. No word on why I never received a confirmation. This ended with my cancelling my possible reservation and calling the competition for a ride. read more

Thank you very much to our limo driver, Turon, who took a group of eight of us gals to Sonoma and Napa for a six hour wine tour. He was on time, and had a clean white limo waiting for us. The limo was stocked with water, orange juice, white and red wine. We tried to play music via auxiliary cable provided by Turon, but it did not work. He was gracious enough to stop at Walgreen's and bought a new cord immediately which did the trick! We stopped at each winery for one hour. Turon texted me with 10 - 15 minutes to spare before we had to leave to stay on schedule. He was polite, professional, accommodating to our group. I think he even enjoyed the one vineyard we stopped at that had live chickens running around! My only issue is the company did not call a few days out. I called to book a one way trip for my company offsite and Bobby informed me that it would be the same price if we opted for round trip. My original plan was to have everyone Uber or Lyft back to the office to save money. I said "well if its the same price let's do it". I just received my receipts and they charged me $600 each way! I was the only person on the bus for the return trip because as I suspected everyone else took Uber/Lyft. I'm blown away by the false advertisement. I called to resolve this issue and not only was Bobby VERY rude by cutting me off when I tried to speak, he was extremely loud, defensive and not open to hearing me out. I will NEVER use this service again. I had to hang up the phone in his face to avoid getting argumentative in the workplace, never again. If you use them, pay very close attention and ask as many questions as possible so you don't end up $600 in the hold like me! read more

He was on time, friendly and provided recommendations for wineries for our group of ladies---and even suggested a great deli for us to grab sandwiches on our way to the next winery (which we definitely needed!). Providing this rating based on the customer service that we received just simply trying to book the trip. Due to the terrible service up front, we decided to play it safe and not even book with this company. I emailed this company three separate times requesting a reservation, and I never received a response. I was interested in their 9 person stretch limo that they were advertising for $475 for 6 hours. Eventually, i decided to call them to make sure that I had the correct email address. Turns out, they no longer have limos at all, and the closest thing in price they had was for 14 people at $575 for 6 hours for a standard shuttle bus. The real problem is that the woman on the phone acted like I was crazy for even asking for this special that is on the very first page of their website. I double checked that I was emailing the right contact address too, and I was. If i didn't even get an email response for over a week and a half when i wanted to give them my business, I can't image what would have happened should I have actually had a problem. read more

My husband and I ordered a limo for our daughter's wedding on May 6th. No one in this family has ridden in a limo before and we thought this would be a great time-especially for our grandkids. I was expecting a black stretch Lincoln Town Car and what was provided was a party bus. However, the contract states that the company can switch the cars and that is what they did. I would have liked to know that when the lady called the day before and confirmed our pick up time and address. The driver called me on the day of the wedding because he had gone to the wrong address. He ended up being five minutes late instead of the confirmed arrival time of 11:45-he showed at 12:05 at the home of the bride and groom. He was also wiping down the exterior of the bus while waiting. He complained to me on the phone the next Monday when I called to inquire why we were not notified of the change of vehicle. He was very rude to three members of our family who spoke to him. He accused us of going over our time-I had hired the limo for three hours with travel time of 30 minutes on each end. He complained that we went over because he dropped the wedding party off at 2:30. I would never use this service again, not because of the lack of service but for the very fact that the man who was the driver is apparently the owner of the company and has no ability to interact nicely with the customer. He is rude and has no ability to speak without talking over the customer and disputing everything they say. read more

Horrible service. Do not ever use. My husband and I had this company recommended to us by the place we stayed at the service was horrible. We had an inexperienced driver who did not know the area and held onto his cell phone the entire ride to look at his GPS. When he wasn't looking at GPS he was texting or taking phone calls. We were almost driven off of the road twice due to his erratic and distracted driving. After emailing the company, a person responded but did not acknowledge his driver's erratic driving only that his driver was inexperienced with the area and should have mounted his phone (however, there was no mount in the car). When we responded asking for a full refund, no reply was received. STAY AWAY from this company. read more

The driver never showed up and then instructed me to use uber. The company refused to provide a refund and I had to challenge the charges through my credit card company. Ray was our driver for the day trip from San Francisco to Napa Valley! He was absolutely fantastic! He knew all the places to go! And when Ray tells you the Castle Winery is JUST a good spot for pictures, listen! He was right. Then to top it off, my dad realized the next morning he left his sunglasses in the car. Ray found them and then personally drove them to us in Sausalito where we were on a bike tour! He went out of his way to make sure he got them back!! First time and never again. We hired a limo to seat 9 people as there were 8 of us out for a day of wine tasting in Napa. It was just big enough for 8, can't even imagine having the 9th person in there. The driver was a nice guy, but did he really need to give me a 7:30 wake up call to confirm our 10 am pick-up? He could have called a little later or the day before. The limo was super old and outdated, it arrived with body damage on the side by the passenger entry door. The BEST part was that it was in the high 90's that day and the air conditioning wasn't working very well. When we asked the driver, he said it was just hot out. Well yeah, when it's hot out, you kick the A/C on for relief! The belt seemed to have been broken cause if the limo wasn't moving, the air wasn't working. I contacted the company via e-mail at two of their different e-mail addresses to express my disappointment and heard nothing back from them. read more

This was probably the worst experience with a limo company I've had. We rented a limo for a bridal shower to Napa. Limo rental was suppose to come with champagne and water. Just an FYI..Champagne was Kirkland brand and only a couple of water bottles we're on ice for seven girls. That's all good but just know you're not going to get a bottle of Moët. Thank goodness we brought our own. The car was outdated with body damage, huge rust spots all over the car, and cracks and rips in the upholstery. One of the doors didn't open at all! Had to walk around the whole time. Our driver even tried to open it but it was clearly broken. When we tried to roll down the window it didn't work either! Thank goodness there was no fire! Our driver was nice but kept blasting his music so loud that it would drown our music (even with the divider up). When we got into Napa we noticed that he exited too early. Low and behold he was lost. Thank goodness we knew where to go. We arrived late to our reservations. And it put us behind with everything. We tried to complain to the manager but they kept giving us the run around. Such a bad way to do business! read more
