Although I was out of Blue Sky Estate Services' area, the owner Nate called me right away and we chatted at length about the situation with my mom - I'm at the very beginning of petitioning for conservatorship for her. Living 1200 miles away, the task of moving her up here will be difficult enough. The thought of getting her house cleaned up and up for sale was already causing lots of anxiety. Nate was so kind and listened - you can tell when someone actually cares. He referred an agent named Kim Yang, whose background and experience sounds tailor made for us.
