I called earlier and scheduled an appointment and they provided a window of when they would come. They arrived and quickly got to work. The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). Outside of the initial estimate the entire project fell short in professionalism, responsiveness and ultimately in completing the job successfully. This company will happily take your money and go weeks without responding to messages. The quality of service is sub par. When I identified several issues during the roof install I immediately contacted multiple members of the RoofER team. I was assured that these items would be taken care of and assessed during the final walk through. When it came time for the final walk through that turned out to not be true. When they replaced the flashing on one of the skylights it was offset and looks awful. When I flagged this issue, their response was "for the skylight we reflash it we have to take them out and clean up underneath of it and place them back in place. We do our best to make sure it's done seamlessly but in older homes it's very hard. Any interior work is the customer's responsibility, it is sealed correctly." They admit it is not flush, but refuse any responsibility in fixing it. This perfectly sums up the entire experience with this company.
