The African American salesperson that was working on 8/26/18 at store #77234 portrayed excellent customer service. She took the time to help me get jeans that were too high for me to reach. She also helped me locate white jeans for my daughter and after I discussed how they fit, she brought me another size that fit her perfectly. After my mishap with Sophia, this AA salesperson rang me up quick and efficiently for the shorts that should have been $49.99 in the first place. Thanks for having at least one smart and excellent sales person in this store. However, I did have poor customer service with Sophia, the Hispanic salesperson, that did not know the prices of things in the store. She failed to double check the price with her manager which led me to waste time. My time is important! Please make sure all the sales people have knowledge of their products and sales to ensure great customer service always and from everyone. read more

Called in for the Bobbi distress and jeans, sizing and mind you this was before the story even opened. Representative picked up the call by the name of Eddie, and let me tell you guys he was one of the most pleasant and caring person I've talked to in a long time thank you so much for being super nice. First off customer service is horrible pertaining to the call center(text only). It's been 3 months now that I placed an order online that was roughly $1200 USD. So disappointed. I've always wanted True Religion jeans but couldn't afford them while in college. Got a full time job and finally was able to buy them...got 4 pairs. The quality was so disappointing for what I spent. I felt like a fool spending the money I did on jeans like this when my A&E jeans are half the cost and so much more durable / long-lasting. I do not recommend. If you're looking just to wear them for the brand, sure. But I would not buy them if I'm in need of a good pair of jeans. read more

I would give this store 1 star for giving me a really bad customer service. I was recently overcharged $60 by the TRBJ cashier. I immediately informed her that there was an error with the transaction and put the jeans on the counter to show her that the price was $129.97 but she charged me $189.97. However, she gave me a dirty look as well as raised her voice when talking to me. I asked her to let the store manager to talk to me and the store manager refunded me the different but I could see that the store manager didn't look happy either. Buyer beware. True Religion does not stand behind their product. I washed my sweats just once and now the fabric is starting to show wear and tear that of being washed and worn for a long time. I came in the day after Christmas to exchange a pair of jeans for my cousin and I. Unfortunately I grabbed the wrong receipt and was afraid they'd make me drive all the way home to Orange and back in all the post Christmas madness. Im giving this place a 3 star. Why? Because i am very disappointed i went in for black friday sales and security was really friendly thumbs up. So we purchased some toddler jeans price tag said 49.99 on both jeans didnt notice that we got charged 69.99 for one until we got home. We live in inglewood so its a drive. I returned yesterday to let them know about it. The first two guys that were helping me apologized the tag was on right. Then idk who the other guy came and yanked it off and said it looks like someone switched the tags. And said sorry we cant do anything about it because all the other jeans ring up as 69.99 but let me tell you he never brought out the other jeans to show me that thats what they ranged up for. Very very unprofessional when you work in retail you should know to show the costumer. All he said was yeah someone switched it. Because these are actual one of our nice jeans and blah blah blah.
