I like how they organized the store so men and women clothing are separated and everything is hung on racks according to size. Customer service here is excellent. I had so many staff come up to me and check up on me while I was shopping. They're all so nice and friendly! They also have a small selection of regular priced clothing in the front of the store.

While it says "Outlet Store", don't expect outlet prices. With mostly "buy one, get a 2nd for 1/2…read moreprice," you're only getting 25% off. Sometimes Macy's or JCP will have better prices during a big sale. What you will find is a great selection of sizes. We saw some sizes you never see in regular retail stores. The did have a couple of major clearence racks that were dirt cheap. You just have to be a not-normal size because all the medium and large items were pretty picked through. What stood out, though, was the custom service. We had at least 4 people ask if we needed anything, and we did have a couple of questions, so that was great. They did ask us if anyone helped us when we made a purchase (from the 80% off rack) so I assume there is some kind of commision paid. We were there right when the opened, which was great because nobody was in line. When we came back later, deciding we wanted to buy something else, we found the line was long. And even though 5-6 people were ringing up customers, it was still slow. Partly because they try to get everyone to sign up for the membership program to earn points. We opted out of that both times we "maybe" visit once a year.

Long story short, tried to return a jacket that was damaged. The assistant manager said "no" because the item was not damaged when it sold. Huh?! Spoke with the manager David, or tried to, who presented himself as the most smug and arrogant service person I've met in a long time. I quickly decided that David or Boss weren't worth my money or my vibe. Filed a successful claim with my back for the credit card purchase so all is good. Will never step foot in that store again. Off and on have been a Hugo Boss fan and customer for years and was happy to reacquaint myself with store at the outlet. Regardless of the reasonable prices, no amount of shoddy service will get my money again. Was such a negative experience, I tossed the other items I purchased myself in the donation bin. Their service is a stain on that location and a stain on the brand.

The staff member at the fitting rooms was unprofessional and refused to allow my wife to wait in the corridor just outside the room, insisting she stand completely outside. When we asked for the manager (Dave), he was equally rude. He claimed it was store policy but refused to show us the policy or explain it further. Instead, he walked away. BOSS has always been one of my favorite stores, but this experience left us frustrated. We decided not to make any purchases and left the store.

I appreciate those kind of prices. Because it's an outlet store, it's actually what I expect. I wear a lot of BR apparel for work and for going out. The styles are usually in line with what I like. Fitting rooms were clean and the fitting room attendant was pleasant. The wait in line was short and the cashier was friendly and answered my questions. Granted it was a weekday. I will definitely be back the next time I need to buy work clothes.
