Went here on 12/28/2023 for my wife's birthday and loved it. The whole facility was professionally thought out. The waiting areas are peaceful. The float rooms and pods are just as clean as the rest of the facility. The pre-float tour covers everything you'll need to know to have a good experience. First visit and first experience with this type of spa. The establishment is very clean and pleasant when first entering. We were met immediately and shown a short video of what to expect and the history of the beginning of the treatment. We were given a tour of the facility and a tutorial on how to operate the pod. The entire facility is very clean and comfortable. What to expect throughout our session and encouraged to relax and enjoy our experience. After our session we were encouraged to try the oxygen bar and offered hot herbal tea and water. It was a great experience and I plan to return. read more

Called same day and asked if there was room for two that evening and was able to get two slots. It was our first time so we did not know what to think. The whole experience was wonderful. We were greeted by a friendly face upon entering. We changed from our shoes into flip flops and then were taken into a room to watch a introduction video. After the video we were shown the bathroom and our float pod room. Each room had a shower and pod and of course locking door. The float pod was spacious snd very relaxing. I was so ready for bed after relaxing for an hour in the pod. After we used the oxygen bar before heading out. The place was very clean and very spacious. We will for sure be back. read more

My husband and I had our first saltwater float this morning. My experience was a feeling of lightness and comfort. The staff was so nice and the instructions were clear. The place is immaculate and each pod room has its own clean private shower, and it's totally recommended to float naked with the pod door closed and the lights off. With your first float you get 10 complimentary minutes at the oxygen bar which was nice. I tried orange and it was so good! She even gave us each a complimentary baggie with a coupon, lip balm and a baggie of Epsom salts to take home. I will definitely refer friends and family to try a float! This was not my first float, and at first I was not sure if it was like the other one. But Veronica made you feel so welcome. The place was very, very clean. You can tell they are proud of their business and take care that is is safe and clean. I like the way they show you a short film about float and what you will experience. It was very helpful. Other float that I have been to was like getting into a big silver can made out of steel and had a small about of light leak. At the True REST Float Spa it was great, it was like being in an egg, as you can tell from the shape. It was easy to get into and it did not take long before you felt relaxed and started floating. For me the amazing thing was that I could hear my heart beat.(The actual pumping of blood through my heart) Using the ear plug they gave you and having your ears in the water it was a great feeling. I did turned off the light and floating at True Rest was like being reborn. You know the feeling of just being born. The warmth, the sound, the void of light. The funny thing was, that I did not feel I was in the dark, for some reason my mind did not bring it up. Today was my first time ever doing a float. I had been wanting to try this for quite awhile and so glad i finally did. It was a fantastic experience! The facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great, especially Veronica! They were personable and very eager to make my experience a comfortable and relaxing one. The zen like enviroment, water, tea, books and not having to worry about bringing anything made this an even more relaxing and awesome experience. I absolutely LOVE this place! The benefits alone about floating are phenomenal, but to find a facility that is warm and friendly is even more of a plus to the whole experience . I am not usually into spas but this was awesome. My neck felt tight when I first got in and noticed some tension in my body. By the end of the float that went away and was relaxed. Slept well every night and my float was a week ago. The first night - slept like 12 hours and had vivid dreams. That is unusual; normal is less than 8 hours and some insomnia. Part of this is also due to cutting out caffeine which was done right before the float. There is definitely some positive "reset" / subtle physical changes after doing just one float. I was a little skeptical but I'm glad I went. It was much easier to relax than I thought, and the pods are spacious enough so you don't feel closed in. I felt like a noodle when I was done, no tension at all. The oxygen bar was a nice finishing touch. Hours later I still feel energized. I love it! I didn't think I would enjoy floating or get much benefits from it, but it had been amazing. Floating helps prevent an oncoming migraine from becoming terrible and helps me relax. I tried this for the first time tonight & 3 hours later I still feel AMAZING. I thought it would be hard for me to stop my brain from going 100 mph, but once I starting floating & turned the lights off, I was SO RELAXED.
