When I asked for shoulder-length hair, she seemed surprised, even though my hair was well below my shoulders. It wasn't extremely long, but it was certainly long enough for a simple shoulder-length cut. Instead, I ended up with a bob. I'm not sure if she misunderstood what shoulder length means or if she thought my chin was my shoulder. I could see the panic in her eyes when she realized the mistake and offered to thin out my hair, but there was no way I was letting her cut anything else. Yes, hair grows back, but I had already mentioned that I had a wedding in two days. I was left trying to figure out how to style hair that's much shorter than what I asked for. I could have voiced my complete dissatisfaction, but honestly, it doesn't matter--they've lost a customer.

Maybe my appointment wasn't put in the books I thought but no, the girl there checked and it was written down. I asked if anyone else could cut my hair since I was already there. The girl who was there was kind enough to offer but before washing my hair she didn't drape me so I got water down my back and I'm pretty sure I still had shampoo still when she wrapped my hair in the towel. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she did an okay job. The blow dry wasn't the best so i styled it when I got home and my front layers don't even connect with the rest of my hair. I guess I'll be wearing clips until my hair grows out.
