I have been coming here for many years, and the handful of people that have helped me have all been wonderful! The owners are so attentive. They're very honest too. I left my wallet with all my important belongings and they held it for me till I came and got it. They are very loyal, clean, and great prices. Highly recommend this place!

I showed up at 5:30 pm with an appointment for a pedicure and SNS manicure. They were surprised when I showed up, they acted as if I did not have an appointment. They sat me in one of the regular tables (not pedicure chair) all of the technicians were busy when I arrived. About half way through my manicure more customers showed up with no appointments, they proceeded to sit them and begin working on them. I reminded my technician that I was also there for a pedicure to not forget about me. She made me wait until she was done with my hands to relocate me to a pedicure chair. I waited an additional 10 mins in the chair and no one attended me. The manicure was $45 and didn't even last one week. Terrible service and rude technicians.

NAILED IT It's my go to spot for nails and every time I have someone new working on my nails, it always comes out Pinterest worthy. Tiffany is great with dip polish and Ana is amazing with acrylic. I'm sure they are excellent at both, but I haven't tried vice versa.

This is my go to nail salon. The prices aren't too bad and they always do a good job. My nails always last an extremely long time. Occasionally one breaks but it's usually me being careless. Katie is amazing at designs and shaping. Make an appointment for shorter wait times. read more

I stopped in this place because it was close by, hoping they did acrylic fill as I prepare for my engagement photo shoot. They were very busy, but of course what else should I expect at a nail salon on a Saturday, right?! Staff seem friendly and they did explain that they were very busy however if I come back in 30 minutes they would help me with my acrylic fill. I left to run a few errands and came back, rest assured they didn't forget about me and had me seen right away. The guy who filled my acrylics was very detailed! The reason I give 5 stars is because whenever I do get acrylics which isn't very often yet once a year, I have never seen the technician work on the inner part of my nails to be sure they look natural! He shaved and even out the bulge inside my nail, made sure my original color was still in tact and trimmed french tips to make all tips match! I was pleased with the work they have done and would definitely come back again even for gel mani and spa pedi. read more

Chose to come here based on Yelp reviews and have been pretty satisfied each time. My precious visit (on New Year's Eve) the sweet lady who rung me up gave me a free bottle of apple cider ! Seriously thought that was so cute :,) she was a younger girl. Anyway, I haven't had to wait longer than 5/10 mins but I do notice a lot of women make appointments but I always come as a walk in! So yes, they are walk in friendly. The thing that attracted me most to this salon are their hours! I believe they're open until 8 Monday-Friday and then 7 on the weekends (not exactly sure though) The customer service is usually good and pricing is decent. I get the standard pedicure which is their cheapest, at $17. A gel fill is usually $20-25 This time, I got removal of my old set, a pedicure & new gel set with small designs and the total was $62; not bad. The massage chairs for the pedicures are great and they give you a pillow to make you feel more comfortable. Glad I found a local nail shop that does a good job!! read more

Went in for just polish and I asked the lady to keep the stiletto shape they're already in but to shorten them for me. BIG mistake! She could not shape nails even if her life depended on it. I had much better looking nails when I went in!! All of them were lopsided I kept needed to correct them myself during the session. ALLLLL of them were swaying to the left! When I told her she acted like she was blind! For god sake. This was THE WORST. Absolutely HORRIFYING. read more

I started coming to this place because I needed my nails done for a special event and never intended to keep getting them done but I fell in love! The staff here is always so sweet and professional and the salon is nice and clean. I've had my acrylics done by a few different people here and they always turn out exactly how I want them. Recently I started going to Katie regularly and I love how she is down to mix it up when I want to try new things with them. I always get so many compliments! Try this place out! Positive: everyone is very nice Negative: not really what I wanted, she rushed bc ppl were waiting. She cut me and I bled. And they share equipment between customers without sanitizing! Literally cut my nails and handed the to the person next to her! So gross!! I hope I don't get an infection! And they are super expensive 73.00 for gel mani and deluxe pedi without tip! Katie did an amazing job on my nails. They're so pretty, I'm in love with them! I called before I left my house and told her I would be there in 15 minutes. I went in for an acrylic fill with gel. I got there at 5:05pm and left at 5:45pm. Super fast service and she was so sweet. It cost me $30. read more

I usually go to the True Touch on Hidden Valley in Norco, but happened to be in downtown Norco, so I stopped by at this location...& I will be returning to this one! I am so happy how my nails came out!!!! I loved the way May did my nails! She is a perfectionist, and truly does her best to make your nails one of a kind! I got a full set, coffin shaped nails, with gel polished. & the outcome was truly admiring. I have gotten many compliments of the color of my nails. Hidden Valley location is great also...Helen usually does my nails there and is amazing, but May's work and service has made me go back! See you soon May, for a fill. read more

The lady doing my pedicure today needs to be retrained or retired. I bled multiple times during my pedicure and my toes hurt so bad tonight. While exfoliating my calluses she scrubbed on thin skin on the side of my foot and made it bleed. She also tried to cut out too much skin from the edge of my toenails. No apology either and I know she saw the blood as she had to keep staunching the flow. read more

I went in today for a pedicure for my birthday. I was told to go sit in a dirty chair with dirty towels sitting on the chair. I told the lady the chair is dirty. She came and picked up the towel and wiped off white substance off the seat. Then put scalding water on and left. Came back and apologized and said they are busy. Sat there for 40 minutes with no checking in on me and the water turned cold by then. I walked out and left. Didn't even try to stop me and apologize. At this time they were no longer busy. Will never return. read more

I brought My daughter here for a mani pedi for her kindergarten graduation. The staff was so friendly, and made her feel like a princess. Very reasonably priced and even had a tiny chair for her so her feet could reach into the spa water. Very kid friendly! One of the employees even brought out her stuffed animal to play along with my son and his bear while we waited. read more

Nail techs were taking their masks off to talk to me and not wearing them properly. They have plexi glass for the pedicure station but it's half size so the tech isn't even protected by it. They still did the manicure while I'm at the pedicure chair so they're super close to me and she wasn't wearing her mask correctly, had her nose hanging out. Took them about 2.5 hours to do a pedi and gel manicure. I asked her to cut my nails short but she decided to leave them as long as she preferred. Nails are uneven, I did not have an enjoyable or safe experience during this time. They have a credit card machine but asked me to pay cash using their atm machine. So I had to pay an extra $4-$5 in non-bank atm fees when they could have just let me pay the $1 they charge for using their cc machine. read more

You would think after spending $120 on 2 pedicures they would have good customer service right? WRONG. My boyfriend and I went in for 2 pedicures and the ladies that were working on us were giving us dirty looks. After they were done with our pedicures they didn't even tell us they were done with our service. One lady walked away to chit chat with others while the other started to work on another ladies nails. I really wanted to like this place. read more

Got muy full set by Ana. She was very friendly and I Never felt rushed . I've experienced that in the past at other nail salons. She gave me exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy and will return . Just moved to the area and thought I'd try this place before I leave on vacation.Was very clean people were friendly but when it can to getting my eyebrows waxed the woman burned my eyebrows and didn't even say anything. At first I knew something was wrong when the burning was painful but I tried to suck it up. I believe she put cool gel on my lids but didn't even tell me she made a mistake which I would have been ok with if she would have communicated it to me. Either her or whoever is in charge. When I came home that's when it really started to hurt. Here's a pic of what they look like in the morning. I always come here for a gel pedicure and they never disappoint! I asked for the #8 basic pedicure with gel added. Pricing came out to $40 and I gave a $10 tip on top of that because the nail technician was super detail oriented. I was able to leave in an hour and make it on time to my event. I get my nails done maybe once a year, for special occasions. I've tried keeping them up but ultimately don't have the best experiences, i.e. Bad customer service, rushed messy job, etc... I have a feeling this place will be different. The atmosphere was warm & inviting. I made an appt with Katie, so glad I did! She's sweet, friendly & did an awesome job! All the staff are very nice, but the gel manicure I got was really bad. The color is so uneven, and the gel does not cover the polish well so some of my nails look like the surface of the moon. They also made my cuticles very dry. read more

I'm writing this review as I just got home from my sugaring appointment…read more I am a loyal customer and have gone to different estheticians for Brazilian sugaring here - at their old Rancho location, the new Fontana location, and my first time here at the new Rancho location. I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claire (my usual esthetician) today. But it turns out she was unavailable and Max was there. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.

Got there and there was no wait owner is really nice but seems super busy. The water was boiling hot I said the water is too hot the client next to me was like yeah the water is way too hot the client on the other side of me her feet were boiling they looked super red. Then the thing the water comes out of was spraying everywhere so the owner said she was going to drain the water, the water drained and I sat there for a couple minutes she came back and turned on the water and again to a boiling point. No complaints of the lady that did my pedi she was great, I didn't catch her name. Now the girl that did my gel mani, I specifically chose a color that could match my toes she went to do it and said the color was out, how in the world are you out of colors when this is a nail shop? Weird! So then I do a color it's whatever then she only does two layers of gel and and you can still see the brush lines I ask umm can you do one layer she looks at me and says why didn't you tell me earlier... I say well is it going to mess my nails up (thinking maybe she saying it would do something to my nails it's too much) her response: no it just takes more time.. Wow ok! My boyfriend pays at the beginning and leaves me there to run an errand the owner comes to me and says she only charged him a pedi (she charged him 45 plus an extra $5 he gave her) so she said she will have to charge me for a mani, I said ok. They charged me $25.99 and the girl didn't know how to charge cards so another girl came and said this machine only does even numbers so they'll charge $30 or $25 and if 25 I have to give a $1 to cover it so I'm like ok so I give a $1 then a day later I see on my statement a 25.99 charge and a $2.50 non atm fee because of that .. Yeah I won't go there again I ended up paying like 75-80 for a mani/pedi. Pro: clean place Con: well you read the rest. read more

Hi everyone, I'm here to let you know that Ashley H. Has it all wrong. I was in the salon when she came in. Katie is very well liked by many. I have been going to Katie for 3 years now and she is the best. Ashley H. came in and got what she wanted she even let her 13 year old daughter pick the color of polish and when she left the salon she was a happy customer. I happened to come in to see Kate the next day for just a friendly visit and all of a sudden Ashley came back in screaming that her nails were not done right. Ashley was happy when she left the day before. The only thing I can say is that Ashley just wanted her nails done for free. Katie is just the sweetest girl ever. I will never go anywhere else to have my nails cared for. Ashley H. Shame on you for using yelp for the wrong reasons. It's people like you that makes Yelp a bad place . Katie and Kim always do a great job! I am a VERY PICKY girl when it comes to getting my nails done. I mean why spend the money if it's not exactly how you want them right?
