My first and last time here. The nail polish selection SUCKS. It was very messy and looked as if no one pays attention to the nail polish racks either. The service was very ehh. My sister's toe nails were so uneven when we left it looked like they got cut in the dark. My mani was horrible and my nails are so uneven it looks as if I had let them grow out for a long time. I'm so torn writing this review. I have been coming here for YEARS have had both great and bad experience here. Yet I still return. Until today. SO I had a new girl work on my manicure going from SNS to regular mani since the girl couldn't understand that I DID NOT want to use any other POWDER brand other than SNS. So I opted for a regular manicure and instantly regretted it. Tammy filed down my nails with the machine so fine that my nails are so thin. She also burned my skin and tore off skin that shouldn't of even been able to do. I called the same day since my nail polish was peeling off. YES peeling off like a sticker! I went today so they can repair it only for them to make me feel as if I was the one that did something wrong. I would of thought they would of been more empathetic with the situation and NOPE. BEWARE they have been cutting some corners and still charging the same amount. They advertise SNS yet try to push other brands. The same thing with nail polish they say OPI and just give you there cheap brand. I have tried them all and YES the brand makes a difference. NEVER AGAIN they have lost a repeat customer. read more

Tried this place out last week. I came in with my sister and we both got a full set and pedicure. The girls that did my nails were very nice. However the one that did my full set did not even touch my cuticles. Also, I got a gel pedicure because I like that it usually lasts longer. I thought it looked good when she finished. However once I got home and looked closer one of my big toes was very lumpy. At this point I still thought it was an ok experience. But now after just one week my sisters nails are all off and almost all my nails have lifted. And my gel toes that I paid more for so they could last...I already need to get them done again as well. I haven't gotten my nails done here yet, but I have gotten the lash extensions done by May. She's great! Very friendly and comforting. She did a great job on my lashes and now I am addicted to lash extensions. I go back every 2 weeks for a lash fill and never regret it. I've gotten extensions in the past where they were too heavy or damaged my lashes, but these are individual and light; they even helped my lashes grow back and now you cannot tell I had prior lashes missing and damage. It took awhile to get my request across, I was asking for gel nails but they didn't know how to do them, I explained that I needed my nails to be a little tough because they were weak and I needed something to keep them strong and that I didn't want acrylic. I was so disappointed. Worse Pedicure I have ever gotten. The girl cute my toe next to the toe nail she was cutting because she was paying attention even though I said ouch very loudly and I was bleeding she took clear nail polish and painted over the cut on my toe to make it stop bleeding. I should have walked away then but I did it. She only filed 6 out of 10 of my nails. She filed 3 of the nails oval and three of the nails Square. On their pamphlet it states 5 minutes massage .. it was less than 1 song played on my iPod. Then to finsh ot up she only painted half of my pinky toenail. By now I just want to leave but I still had to pay the $27 fee and what does she say to me you ask??? "How much tip do you want to add?" I said no tip. She asked me 3 times. No tip I answered. I came to True Touch after work, on 2/27/15 and got a gel mani. I love the nail tech, she was very friendly and did a great job. On 3/10/15 I came back to get a new gel mani on my bare, clean, natural nails. Different nail technician, same brand of Gel from the front on the counter. I go to pay and she tells me "it's $30" I said, "Oh, a few weeks ago it was $26" she said "it's the brand" I told her, "I used the same brand last time and it was only $26" she said, "sorry I forgot to tell you." So I'm assuming the price varies on your nail tech., their mood and how business is doing at the moment. No thanks! Makes no sense, and is very sketchy. You lost a customer, True Touch. read more

Terrible service! First I walk in and ask how long the wait is and she tells me right now and sits me in a spa for my pedicure, meanwhile I sit there for about 10 minutes before I kindly ask for a towel to dry my feet off to leave. Once I asked, she sent someone over to start my pedicure. The same lady who did my pedicure also did my gel manicure. Once I was done she "tried" to run my debit card which she processed several times for different amounts equaling the total...plus a few extra bucks as well, by this point I just wanted to get outta the place and didn't bother to say anything about it. It's only been two days and my gel on my nails is lifting tremendously, other salons I've gone to the gel lasts weeks before starting to come up on the edges. Not happy, not returning. Upon my arrival, I wasn't greeted. Finally after a few minutes I was asked what service I needed I replied a pedicure. Very rudely I was told to pick a color. I was seated almost immediately. I requested the true comfort ($28) this includes a spa pedicure with callus treatment, cooling gel, mint foot scrub, warm lotion, and a 10 minute massage. My previous nail polish wasn't removed all the way, my nails were cut and semi cleaned. The callus remover wasn't applied all over the bottom of me feet, they were scrubbed as if I were a child, touching just the surface of my feet. I asked for more callus remover and the woman had attitude and said you have no callus. I could see it. After my six minute massage (yes I timed it) my nails were painted. I was gonna use my debit to pay but they pressed me for cash only. I replied I don't have cash and again got attitude, this time with a huff and puff. I will not be returning. This location is right next to a Starbucks and other restaurants so you get a nice smell of cigarettes your entire time. Horrible!! read more

This is my first time Yelp review and hard for me to do a negative one for with True Touch in Norco that I have been going to for years. So many good and bad experience but this put me to the edge but I stuck it out. I have been going here for years and this past last two experiences were when I decided to get a new set of acrylic nails and this new female, looks like she may be in her late 20's removes them, adds the new set, noticed once the liquid to powder was applied, I had still residue from my last old set of which you can see through my now new set of nails. When I requested that I wanted square square nails, she buffed them square round, again I mentioned and she did not try or care very little to my request as she buffed them square round so I just gave up. A week later, my nail broke, went back for a fill, my luck, I get the same person. Since there is very limited to staffing as always, I just bit my tongue and had her did my fill. We went through the same request, I say square, square and she does square round while I am also getting my pedicure, this young man that I haven't seen in the every two weeks that I go, fills in the water, adds the blue pedicure tablet when he asked 'would you like me to take off the nail polish"? As I am his first victim, I don't know why I asked to clean the sides of my toe nails because what he decides to do is look and tell me it's clean. The lady who is doing my fill is now doing it for him. On top of that, they forget to add the clear top coat on my toes so on the next day, the residue of my socks were on couple of my toe nails. Twice that I have tipped this last woman, never says thank you....RUDE!!!! I am just DONE! read more
