They were customed stained and they did an amazing job with the staining. They were able to match the wood stain I currently have. A couple of years later I renovated my kitchen. I had a single entry back door and wanted to convert to a sliding door out to patio. My house is a brick home, and their installers were able to make the opening to fit a sliding door. They were able to match the door stain to my windows and everything looks perfect! The installers went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They even went as far as to building temporary steps to lead to my outside patio. I will most definitely recommend them for your home window and door project!

After the install, I had a question about one of the windows since it looked like there was a small crack at the top corner and they sent someone out to look at it right away. It turned out it was just some glue residue that was attached on the inside of the window that made it look like a crack and was easly scraped off with a razor blade. Then they promptly sent me a quote later that day. The price was great and everything comes with a lifetime warranty, including labor! I replaced all of the windows at my home in Lincolnwood. It took about 3 weeks to be custom made and 1 day to install. The installers did an amazing job! So fast, helpful, moved my furniture and installed all of the windows, put foam insulation around the frames and capped everything on the outside in aluminum. I can already notice the difference in temperature in my house. It looks beautiful.
