I was a big fan when they opened but the service has really gone down. Every time I make an appointment for opening time they are either late or don't have enough people to complete the service. It happened today, I made an appointment at 930 and they took in a few walk ins with no appointment and were leaving me there waiting. Instead of telling them they didn't have staff or to come back later so that the workers available could start on ppl with actual appointments. I still love the salon and the services offered, but the actual service is horrible. Idk if I will be going back again. read more

Yesterday was my third visit and I experienced what some other reviewers have noted: the quality depends on who is doing your manicure or pedicure. My first two visits, I was very lucky to have gotten people who did a great job. Yesterday, I was not so lucky. The lady who did my manicure was terrible - she not only cut me but she completely wrecked my natural nails - nails I had spent over a year carefully regrowing as they had gotten thin and brittle due to previous nail salons overusing drills. The lady here used the drill, I could feel the heat as my nails got thinner and then I had expressly told her I wanted round nail shape - identical to my nail shape when I walked in. She did the sloppiest job filing, they were crooked and not round. Before I knew it, my nails had been filed down short. When I saw how short my pinky nail was I took the nail file from her and began to file my own nails. She kept trying to take the file back but I explained to her she had thinned my nails, cut me, and now my nails were too short. She did not understand what I was saying and kept trying to take the nail file. She then said something to Tweety, who said she would fix it. The lady then left to do another poor woman's manicure. I sat there and waited until Tweety was done and she finished my manicure. Tweety did a great job - such a night and day difference. But the damage had already been done by the other lady - in terms of my nails getting thinned and my nails getting filed shorter than I wanted. Tweety was kind enough to take off some money from the total. I don't know that I will return however. That woman did an absolute awful job and now it will take months for my nails to regrow after how much she thinned the nail bed. I took photos and it shows how messy my cuticles and the skin around my nails look - it's because the lady kept using a file on my nails thinning them even more and she would end up filing the skin around my nails. read more

I had a pedicure with Mimi, she was fantastic in all areas except the painting of the nails. I didn't notice because she was so good I didn't pay attention. I noticed the next day that my left toenails looked grown out about 2 weeks, since the color was black it really shows. I called to come back in less than 24 hrs later and was told a time and I waited 10 minutes as Mimi was finishing another customer, running late. Then I was asked to wait another 7 minutes by the manager. I was very pressed for time didn't think it would be such a big deal. What is amazing is that the manager didn't offer to paint my 3 toe nails, instead wanted me to wait. I knew it would have been more than 7 minutes as Mimi was still doing gel on the other customer. I walked out then as I was getting on the Fwy the manager calls me to offer that she paint them! Wow, very poor management. I said that should have been offered while I was waiting, she said she just answers the phones and the technicians don't like helping the others. So for a $13 tip I got half painted nails and a wasted lunch hour and now I have to go buy the polish my self to repaint. read more

Mimi did my pedicure and I am really picky since I have a cosmetology license and I insist that the establishment follow the protocol of being sanitary. This is place is not it. The people there are not friendly or happy, everyone seemed stressed and overworked. My nails look uneven and just awful. Pretty sure I could have done a better job myself (if I were blindfolded). I'm embarrassed to have to wear them for the next few days until I can get them redone. Of course, I asked for them to fix them and that made the whole thing worse - not only did they not fix them, but the lady had an attitude with me and was visibly frustrated. Not the vibe. Lovely salon! Just be sure to ask if your technician is skilled for nails and not only pedicure- I came in today at opening, I'm just leaving 2hrs later due to my nail appearance after completion. I was being nice by just stating the obvious the color didn't match the color I came in with. I use Bubble Bath by OPI year round. It's a bubble beautiful pink color. I was getting my nails and pedicure done at the same time. My pedicure is great. The manager wanted to explain to me that not all Bubble Bath OPI nail bottles will have the same pigment. Which I understand however I let her know how often I travel and I've never experienced the color being so clear in the past. I waiting roughly 20 minutes for the manager to help me in which I let her know it was more than the color that I had an issue with I just felt the elderly lady that helped me was extremely nice and I didn't want to criticize her work. However when paying over $100 for nail service which I do every 10 days I want it to be professional looking at least. After the manager cleaned the nails they look so much better - in the end I decided to leave without polish because the manager made me feel like getting two coats of bubble bath was going to look like the previous photos and nothing would change. They still wanted me to pay full price for my fill even though it wasn't my fault they couldn't polish the bubble bath bottom coat sufficiently. I tipped both ladies and left to another salon for polish and design. Lovely salon I will say. read more

I was excited to try this newly opened salon, but my first experience was an absolute nightmare. While the décor was beautiful, the service I received was anything but. One of the nail technicians treated me like I wasn't even human. She rushed through removing my dip powder, drilling so aggressively that the pain was excruciating--I literally yelped (no pun intended) multiple times because it felt like she was drilling straight into my nail bed. Despite my visible discomfort, she didn't slow down or show any concern. After painfully removing the polish, I asked for a red dip to match my toes. Instead of taking her time, she rushed through the entire process, painting and dipping all at once. The powder she used was clearly orange, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. At this point, my fingers were still throbbing from the removal process, and I had literal tears in my eyes. Finally, she looked at me for the first time and bluntly asked, "Good?!?" Normally, I try to go with the flow, but she was incredibly rude, my nails were the wrong color, and I was still in pain. I finally spoke up, and my frustration must have been obvious because other customers in the salon noticed. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and fixed my nails, but the damage was done. I won't be coming back. No one should have to go through that kind of painful and careless treatment. read more

I was on the fence after yje first visit here and noticed the upchargimg but I did bring my girls in and didn't want to complain the first time. Came back in yesterday, terrible experience as far as upcharging goes and I have some pretty wonky nails. I'll start off by saying that I wanted one gel color she then tried to talk me into hombre as well as chrome she was very pushy on getting one or the other. She showed me with the chrome looked like I said no thank you not my vibe and then she was supposed to show me what the ombre looked like but before I knew it without hesitation, she's spraying every nail hombre so ultimately the color I chose didn't really matter because they pretty much got spray painted white , but I just let it go. I was too nice. I guess fast-forward to check out. She's trying to charge me $15 for the spray paint/hombre. I told her no thank you I didn't ask for that and you were supposed to show me what one nail looked like, but you continued on. She then charged me a fee for cuticle, even though I got a full set which if anybody who knows how this goes knows that cuticles included in a full set then of course she charges me $15 to take off like six nails. Some imperfections for sure in the nail hombre art that I didn't ask for or want and I have one really wonky nail. I wish I knew her name because this may not reflect the nail salon and it's entirety, but I will say being a business owner myself this is no good way to get business Just starting out. I was local trying to support a new business and I don't think I'll be going back here. read more
