The quote was $2526, which seemed like a high price, as I received a quote from another Fence company for $2600, for the same amount of fence. If Reliable Fence stood behind their $20% discount, that would be $200 off each $1000, of which was not set in the quote. I expected to get a quote for $500 off the average price, which did NOT happen. Reliable Fence lost me as a customer because they were not fair with their quote.

I questioned the workers doing this as it was about to rain, but they assured me that it would be fine. We had a downpour within one hour of them painting and sure enough, the paint job suffered. I had to contact Aylton, the owner, repeatedly for 6 weeks before the painting was finally touched up. There were many weather days when painting was not an option, but the company didn't try to fulfill their promise of correcting things in a timely manner or without my constant reminding. I recommend looking elsewhere for your railing needs.

He said do you want this done and I said can you tell me what the cost would be and I can tell you, but let's look at everything and we can come up with a plan once I know how this works... I guess he didn't like that and said well I'm not going to WASTE MY TIME and go through everything if you aren't going to do the services....Whoa buddy...SMH I was stunned and said "are you sure you want to say that to me?" I couldn't believe it... First of all, I never said that I wasn't getting service done and it was literally only a few minutes after his arrival. Are we supposed to start signing every dotted line right when you walk up. Like what??? What I can say is I not only was willing to pay thousands for this work, but I specialize in the home industry and have clients every day that need these services. I really admired the work I saw around town from this company, but I will never ever use or recommend this company due to the experience I just had. If I recommended them and he talked to my client like that I would be horrified.... You don't talk to people like that. I don't know if you think we the customers are beneath you, but you should have the decency to at least take 5 minutes to go over the process. Needless to say, I said "You know what I wont waste your time. This conversation is over." and he said Are you serious? lol YES, I am very serious.
